It’s a beautiful house with spacious rooms - just a 10 minute walk from central Picton

The room was very comfortable, including the bathroom, and there was a nice sitting area to have meals. The breakfast supplies were plentiful including hot food options, and the kitchenette would be suitable for basic evening meal preparation too. Some nice touches such as a bottle of wine, home made chocolate slice, etc. The views were fantastic and the property very quiet in a lovely setting. Our hosts were very helpful including dropping us back into town and were very responsive leading up to our stay answering our questions, offering advice, etc. We felt very well looked after.
Nothing really. It is a 10-15 minute walk to the main part of Picton but is a very easy, flat walk in pleasant surroundings.

fantastic to stay in a historic part of Picton. Michelle was delightful.

We stayed in the Sir Joseph Banks suite, it was beautifully appointed, an absolutely gorgeous heritage building, very well kept up. Provisions for breakfast, a little treat and bottle of wine we’re happily received. Michelle picked us up from the ferry and provided transport when we asked. She was marvellous with us. In addition, their garden is beautiful and just right for the era of the house.
Nothing was amiss.

Lovely setting and comfortable room with all the breakfast fixings to make in our own kitchenette. Michele picked us up at the ferry in the pouring rain. Stefan drove us into town the next day to catch the train. They were friendly and so helpful.
liked it all

luxury apartment with a lot a lot of attention to details. Very friendly owners and a comfortable bed! The place was clean and we really enjoyed staying there. It has a separate bedroom as well! We visited this place about 15 years ago and loved it then but we love what the new owners have done to the place and we can honestly say they managed to further improve on the experience.
no streaming services on the television.

Hospitality was exceptional, Our hosts went over and above .we want to list ALL the lovely little touches that we're there but I don't think I'd have room. They treated us like valued friends we felt comfortable and warm. The gardens are also amazing and would love to see it in full bloom in summer.we highly recommend Sennen House

Good breakfast, generous. Would have liked a few more coffee pods and teabags. Would have preferred jam or marmalade rather than honey. Loved the poached egg facility! Very much appreciated the cake and fresh fruit.
The duvet was super warm and could have been a bit thinner as there was an optional blanket available. The bed was comfortable though.

Excellent B&B. Beautiful house & gardens including two very cool alpacas. The room was elegant & very tidy, with a good selection of food available Michelle was also very accommodating, providing lifts to and from town on multiple occasions, would certainly return again in future.

Beautiful historic house with a great view over the town. Everything very clean and tidy with modern bathroom - never seen such a clean shower and sink in accommodation I've stayed at.
Was a bit cold with only a small heater - no heat pump or similar.

The owners were welcoming and helpful. The room was elegant and spotless and had everything we needed. Comfy bed, great breakfast, cute mini kitchen, and lovely private deck for a sunny morning breakfast. It was really peaceful and the garden and home were lovely.
