Good location, near to Juso station. The room was small but enough. The breakfast is very good.
There is no spa in the facility but a Japanese onsen. I expected a Western style spa facility.

Nice rooms and lovely staff made just feel welcome and gave us recommendations/ advice for Osaka!
Slightly far out from the main parts of Osaka, but only 2 metros!

L’accueil, la beauté du lieu, le personnel, tout était super !
Le manque de possibilité de jeter nos déchet, c’est compliqué de manière générale au Japon mais nous ne pensions pas autant .. mais cela n’est pas propre à l’établissement

I paid for an extra bed and the accommodation was not reasonable. The staff were rude and not helpful at all. The hotel was full and very noisy.

Good service, friendly staff, very clean. Offered a varied breakfast. A great value.
Designed for domestic travelers not westerners. Rooms are small with little room for luggage, couldn’t slip them under the bed so they took up floor space which made the room tighter. We had to entirely unpacks and use every available surface to stack our clothing. Small closet with only a few hangers (we requested hangers and got them immediately, same for towels, they responded crazy fast). Bathroom was very tight as well.
Every thing is in Japanese so be prepared to use Google translate lens feature to figure out things like the a/c control.
Breakfast was available with a selection for westerners and natives alike. As far as the surrounding area there were places to eat but tucked away in the surrounding side streets and really catered to locals. So if we came back to hotel and didn’t want to travel across the river where the better dining options existed your choices where limited. Although they did have three dining options on the property, they were expensive but in our opinion not worth the markup. The distance to the Juso train station was convenient, only a 10 minute leisurely walk.
3.5 / 5.0
Close to Juso train station with access to central Osaka.
Staff are really helpful- given a welcome drink when checking in.
Near shops/ restaurants/ convenience stores
Room was long and narrow meaning there wasn’t much space for 2 adults and 2 teenagers- good for short trips but probably not longer than that.

Stayed in the family suite which was nice and spacious
Only one bathroom and two toilets for a family suite which fits up to 9 people.and rooms were a bit dated. Refrigerator stopped working on last night and one of the rooms did not have air con working.
Had to pay extra to use facilities and swimming pool was only for 16 years and above which was stated on the website.

Room was small with three beds squeezed together when there should be only two. The location was convenient and car parking good.

Teppan Restaraunt was overpriced as was the bar downstairs

The location is excellent, and the staff, in general, are amiable
The rooms are small, the cleanness is not good and the bathroom is not comfortable
1.5 / 5.0
not much to like. The reception was opulent but the rooms are tired and need renovating. The bathrooms are extremely small.
almost everything. The reception man was particularly rude (he was tall and had a cyst in one eye). When I asked him for a map for the city or an underground map he simply waved me off. He then gave me a map of the surrounding area in Japanese!. Next day I discovered that there was a map in English which he could’ve given to me but couldn’t be bothered. On the day we left I asked if we could have a bottle of water (Only one of the rooms had a bottle of water) and isn’t she shook her head and said no. If you can avoid it don’t stay at this hotel it’s not nice, and far to far from themain attractions.

4.5 / 5.0
Very professional staff and very clean facility.
Some sort of rumbling in the walls from the pipe work? Frequent throughout stay. Perhaps rooms upstairs using water. Not much they can do about that one in fairness.
