This hotel was perfect for us. We are a young couple, visiting Japan for our honeymoon. This hotel is in a great location, has a free bus service to the main Osaka station. (It’s a 15 min walk away) The hotel is really clean and the reception had many amenities. The staff were lovely and friendly. The breakfast was so tasty, the ladies at the breakfast room were very lovely. Because we said it was our honeymoon, they gave us 2 free cocktails and some cakes and biscuits! It was so lovely and we felt special. The area has 2 konbinis and lots of restaurants. Overall this hotel was amazing, 100% recommend.

Convenient
Small, far too small. Bathroom too small for anybody not Japanese. Bed too small, uncomfortable and room refrigerator did not work

Centrally located in close proximity to the shopping area of Osaka and Osaka Station but on a quiet street that is easily accessible. The rooms were adequate, a bit small for twin beds, but expected for the great price we paid. The staff at check-in (around 11 p.m.) were very friendly and efficient. The entire process took a few minutes. The entrance was neat and clean, well lit with a comfortable waiting area.
Inside the rooms were well lit, sparsely furnished but enough for our needs. The bathroom featured a Japanese toilet and spacious shower with wall dispensers for soap, shampoo, and conditioner, along with toothbrushes and clean towels.
The beds were comfortable enough to sleep on. The room's air conditioning was cool but not cold.
At breakfast, the offerings were simple but tasty. The fare included Western, Asian, and Japanese-style foods. This included two choices of cereal, eggs, bacon, sausages, salad, rice, stews, fruit, vegetables, and salad, plus yogurt. Being seated beside the window afforded views of the street allowing us to watch the Osaka residents start their day.
As we only stayed for one night, we had to check out by 10 a.m., which meant leaving our luggage with reception. This was a painless process that was equally easy when leaving for the train station later that day.
There was nothing really to not like. Everything about the stay was just fine. If anything, Osaka in August is very hot, but the hotel has nothing to do with that.

The hotel was good and clean. Location was superb - 10 mins walk from the JR Osaka station and Umeda metro station. Staff were polite and friendly. Good for the price paid.
The room is a little small, as with other Ibis budget hotel rooms. But it didn’t really bother me. It is a functional room.

bed and bathroom were clean, but stains on the refrigerator and lots of dust could be improved

Extra clean and comfortable.
Room was ready when I arrived early. They would not let me check in early unless I joined their club.

Pleasant and helpful staff. Convenient location for Osaka Station and Metro. Quiet room on upper floor (as requested).
Smallest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. Uncomfortably low ceiling in shower for tall person. Hard, lumpy pillows (perhaps not what western visitors are used to). Did not purchase breakfast as there was a limited selection.

The property was conveniently located to restaurants, shops and rail services. Although 'bijou' the room was warm and clean with a window to let in 'real' air. Regularly cleaned and great matcha available from reception!
Well, for the price it was fantastic. It was a bit of a stroll to get to the underground. But, if you love Osaka then it's no big deal. Although we didn't select breakfast as an option, it would have been nice to try it once and it wasn't clear how we might have done that.

Security in place for use oof elevators and washing facilities (PIN numbers required) is good.
