A great alternative to staying in a traditional hotel.

The hotel was very near the train station. Very convenient for us to do day trips to other areas of Kansai. The room was spacious.

We would have appreciated more thicker towels and complimentary water. The amenities could be more like hotel with a feeling of being at home.

Nice to stay here again

Great location close to East Exit, Shin-Osaka station, full facilities and quick responsive chat.

Would definitely stay again next time.

Perfect location and large room (in Japan), few minutes walk to Shin Osaka station and 2 mins walk to convenience store. Facility is good and wash machine is nice. Very considerable staff make the family trip great.

One or two more chairs will be better. Missed a scissor is the kitchen. Might have more hangers.

awesome deal. If you do not use Gym/swimming pool. The stay here is even better then a hotel.

quiet. near to train station. Lawson,7-11, family mart are all nearby. Less messy as compare to osaka station. washing machine. :-) --> best part come with fork/spoon/chockstick/plates/bowl/cup. shampoo,body soap.. almost all that u need Oven as u will often get food from 7-11 there is also knife/scissor/pan/chopping board if you wanna cook

Pleasant and comfortable stay. Recommended for Shinkansen.

I chose to stay at Shin-Osaka because of the JR Shinkansen station and convenient for my onward trip to Tokyo. This apartment is 7mins walking distance from train station with Jap restaurants and Lawson along the way. Hotel interior is clean and white theme, has a small kitchenette with fridge, cutleries, oven, kettle, pans, cooker, knife, cutting board, to cook your breakfast. Also has washing machine. Internet speed is fast. All local tv channels fyi. Water pressure for rain shower is strong 👍 and soap and shampoo are 👍. Aircon is 👍 Mattress is 👍 too, we had a good sleep. Staff is responsive and helpful when I messaged for enquiry or help. 👍

Cons are the size of apartment which is small and the bed for 2 persons is also small. Because we are slim size so no issue for us. For plump size people will be an issue coz might fall off bed. 🤣 Suggest provide 2 pillows per person. Stay for 2 persons will be comfortable. More than that will be crampy. No other cons.

Great apartment

This is the third time staying at this apartment. It is near Shin-Osaka station with great connection with Osaka, Nara and Kyoto. It is very spacious and confortable. The washing machine and kitchen are really useful. I asked for an iron for my clothe and they were quickly to answer.

高い割には残念だった

お部屋が広かったのとお風呂とトイレが別だったのがよかったです

チェックイン及びチェックアウトの仕方がわかりにくい。特にチェックアウト。こちらが新幹線の都合で遅くなったのですが、連絡が取れず聞きたくても聞け無かったのでもう少し分かりやすくして欲しいと思ったし表示より割高で次はないかな

首先，住宿處離車站近，方便出入。家庭房夠大，蠻適合有小孩的家庭入住。而且有洗衣機，未來再入住，就不需要帶過多的衣服。有廚房、簡易廚具、微波爐，方便自行處理餐點。冰箱也比一般飯店的要大，便利採購一些食材。

Overall was very good!

Great value hotel apartment. Location was wonderful, only 5 mins walk from East exit of Shin-Osaka station. Lots of conbinis nearby as well. Room was clean and tidy. The bathroom had clothes dryer as well which was very useful.

For a double room, we were only given two very soft pillows. It would be great if there were two sets of two pillows (4 total).

Все было, даже можно приготовить пищу. Очень чисто. Общение с персоналом было отличным. Это апартаменты, на 13 этаже недалеко от железнодорожной станции. Чистый район, недалеко несколько магазинчиков, кафе.

Далековато от центра и достопримечательностей. Кровать удобная, могла бы быть чуть помягче. Для чутких людей слышно, когда проходят поезда.

房间超大，设施很新，干净，床也很舒服。浴室整体设置合理、舒适。从JR新大阪站东出口出站，走5-6分钟就到了，很好找。附近吃的也很多。便利店也好几个。一切都很好。

Very clean, easy to access and close to necessities. Made travelling around Osaka a breeze.

I would just say the bed was a bit hard, but not enough to be a big issue. Other than that the apartment was perfect. Good value for money.

Thought it was a hotel/serviced apartment but it’s actually just an apartment without a reception. So, that means there’s no luggage storage or luggage delivery service available.

The Superior Suite was spacious, and conveniently located close to Shin-Osaka Station.

The location is wonderful, just a couple of blocks from Shin-Osaka. The room (Superior Suite) was spacious! There are plenty of food options within walking distance. The owner kindly let us drop our bags at the room early (noon, vs regular checkin time of 4pm) - but we had to ring them to confirm this option.

Despite the large amount of space in this Superior Suite room, there weren't enough chairs to sit everyone at the table - there was just one chair. Even a set of stackable stools would solve this problem. The owners didn't respond to any email requests (although I know they received the messages because when they emailed me on an unrelated matter later, my original messages were in the quoteback). The only way I could reach them was to phone them, which is difficult when you're travelling. It is worth knowing that there is no reception desk or staff at this location, and hence the check-in process is a bit unconventional. The owner emails you the door code 24 hours before your booking. The lack of a reception desk wasn't a problem for us. It would be nice the receive a confirmation reminder email a week before, to remind users of the check-in process, and to set aside any worries that the room might not be available when needed. There was a lack of hooks and rails for towels in the room - we were hanging towels on door handles.

Exceptional stay!

The location is perfect, close to the train, shops, diners, and centrally situated. The host's hospitality and flexibility added to the positive experience. The room and apartment were impeccably clean. Highly recommend this accommodation!

The overall stay was excellent and the host was excellent at responding to messages when needed.

Close to shin-Osaka station made travel around the city easy, washer in unit was a plus and the location was quite. Would stay here again.

There was nothing not to like, only that the bed is more form then I’d prefer other then that it was an excellent place to stay for a few days.
