good quality/price balance, good location, friendly staff, good cleaning

hotel location, room location, room cleaning, kindness of staff,

air conditioner noises coming from upper floors all the night. (we did not use air cond during the night)

Hotel bueno, pero con un olor desagradable.

Sus albercas son muy agradables, el personal en su mayoría es muy amable, sin embargo, un día que estaba una recepcionista mujer que era un poco grosera, los demás excelente y muy atentos. Su comida es muy rica, nosotros teníamos desayuno incluido y vale la pena, aunque no hay muchas opciones, así que durante toda nuestra estancia desayunamos lo mismo, ya que hacen un guisado del día pero hacen muy poco, ya que si ibas a las 10-11 a desayunar, ya no había.

El hotel huele muy feo, se nota que tienen problemas de drenaje, la mayoría del tiempo tenía un olor desagradable, igual el agua que sale del lavamanos huele asquerosa a ratos y eso es muy molesto. La habitación era pequeña pero cumplía con las expectativas, lo único malo es que el baño esta muy pegado a la cama y además su puerta no es la mejor, considero valorar eso. La playa esta enfrente y es muy bonita, sin embargo, no es recomendable meterse a nadar en dicha playa, por el oleaje, así que si buscan una playa para nadar, revisar bien. Un día pusimos el letrero de no molestar, ya que queríamos dormir y descansar, sin embargo, la persona encargada del aseo estuvo tocando como 10 minutos, y nos despertó, y a pesar de que estaba el letrero, abrió la habitación como si nada, le comentamos que no queríamos limpieza y aún así regreso 2 horas después a insistir (supongo por el tema de las propinas), eso nos molesto demasiado, ya que queríamos dormir y sus actitudes no dejaron descansar, así que considero tomar en cuenta esa situación.

Bon séjour de 2 nuits

Hôtel bien situé en face d’une belle plage. Évitez les chambres côté rue car c’est très bruyant. Nous avons dû demander à changer de chambre car il était impossible de dormir. Le personnel a été top et le changement s’est fait dans le quart d’heure. Sans doute car nous y étions hors saison. Le petit déjeuner est copieux.

Je pense qu’en haute saison l’hôtel doit être bruyant. Très familial avec beaucoup de familles avec enfants. La salle de petit déjeuner est trop petite et bruyante.

Rock On!!!

Miguel was the best. After a very frustrating journey down, he met us with positive energy and lifted our spirits immediately. The rooms were clean and really beautiful. Free breakfast was on point. Not your American continental breakfast by any means. Fresh squeezed juices and clean food.

I honestly have zero complaints. I loved it, and we will definitely be back.

the staff was really friendly, location spot on the beach, rooms were spacious and comfy, f&b outstanding! Specially breakfast!! great thankyou to Hilda, Ashley, Juan, Miguel, Jesus and their teams!! we had a great time with you!

They need more sunbeds by the pool! and music.

clean bright room for a comfortable stay walking distance to the beach

there's a small gym, pool was nice. there's netflix on TV. breakfast everyday.

located in the touristy street with pricier food and souvenirs. need to walk out for more local experience. paid for sea view but couldn't see much cause there was construction.

Superb

We initially booked a standard room and slept the first night in it. However, we found the bed quite small, the AC loud and the bathroom tiny. Thus, we decided to upgrade to a deluxe room and it was a great decision. The room was spacious, with a super comfortable bed and a big nice bathroom. The location is excellent in Zicatella. The pool area is well taken care of, really pleasant. Breakfast was also very good.

The "standard" of the standard room, specially the tiny bathroom with a door that let sound pass completely, i.e., zero privacy. Therefore, we upgraded to a deluxe room. The standard option might be okay for one person. For pairs, I definitely recommend a deluxe room.

Very good location and nice hotel

I liked that the hotel staff was friendly and quick. Every time we had an issue, they came. They didn't really fix the problem but they came quickly. Breakfast was good!

I didn't like that we arrived in the morning, and they said we had to wait until 15 to check-in. They could say if the room is available, they will call us. It bothers me because the receptionist repeated it several times. And I get it, but you could say it once and add that if it were available earlier, you would call. The staff doesn't speak English very well.

Great place

The location is right on the beach, next to resturants, beachclubs, shops. Very convinent. Our hotel room was huge, the bathroom is very big and comfortable. The A.C is perfect- super cold! The t.v has Netflix, youtube connection which was fantastic! The staff was very nice, English speaking, helpful and quick. The fact the hotel had a whatsapp made it easier to communicate without going to the lobby for small questions. The pools are nice, you can have your breakfast and additional meals right next to them. Our room had a nice balcony, viewing to the pools. The gym is nice as well! The wifi is okay! There is also a parking around for our scooter. Hot water in the shower also. There is a water bar at the lobby so you can fill up more water everyday. There are many good thinga about this hotel. This is not a fancy hotel but it has many thing.

Breakfast- we waited 40-45 minutes for a simple breakfast and no one explained what happened until we asked. Our waitress answered in Spanish and another client helped with translating. This was not professional. The breakfast in general is very simple, but yet there are many options on the menu. It okay in total, but nothing special. The structure of the hotel is quite weird. complex, with many stairs going to different direction, like a maze but that is fine. Getting to your room is mostly throught the slippery pool area. Consider this If you come with an Alzheimer's sufferer.

totally recommend

the location is great! it’s in front of a lot of restaurants, bars, nightclubs. the breakfast is delicious and with big serves. The room clean and the hotel staff very friendly.

when we arrived there wasn’t light in all the building but it was foxes in the afternoon

Pleasant

The pool area is very lovely and the location at the beach beautiful with a lot of restaurants and bars. Most of the staff was very friendly.

Our room was very dark and we also lost the bed size lottery. Therefore we had a 130 cm bed with a mattress where you could not NOT wake up when your partner was moving. Although most of the staff was quiete friendly, there was one woman at the front desk that was really unfriendly. She could speak English but kept answering in Spanish everytime and only switched to English after seeing that we couldn't understand her. She also ignored that we wanted our bedsheets changed (because it wasn't clean). The nightshift then changed it quickly though.
