Prima plek voor een leuke stop maar ook voor een langer verblijf.

De locatie, midden in het centrum van de oude stad. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel en een laadpaal in de garage!

Location, cleanliness, comfortable, affordable, tasty breakfast.

Breakfast was a tad expensive, €20 per person. No coffeemaker in the room. Stairwell was very dark, almost missed a step, had to put on our flashlight from our phones so we didn't fall.

Value for money

nice, clean… directly in old city, nice friendly staff and also parking possibilities with extra payment. Get downstairs and you enter in Kulturbrauerei to taste fresh beer. Value for money.

The breakfast was delicious. The location was good, only a few blocks from the main Christmas Market. Nice that we were able to park in the hotel garage.

Great location, excellent accommodations, helpful staff

The staff was very helpful, the check-in and check-out process was efficient.

I wasn't able to obtain more than one cup of coffee at the paid breakfast which, at 15€, was a bit expensive.

Great place to stay for a city trip to Heidelberg

The hotel is in a central location with exeptionally friendly staff. The room is comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet is rich as well as tasty.

In the evening one can hear the noise from customers sitting on the terrasse and enjoying the restaurant. The room has no airconditioning and may be hot depending on the weather.

Room of a good size. Close to city center. Food in restaurant was good for dinner.

No aircon. We did have a ventilator in the room), it was very hot, but room directly above the yard where the popular restaurant served outside and had events made it too noisy to open the window before midnight., Breakfast sort of OK, but not great. Room and location great, but nothing special

location and the restaurant, that I’d been to. before. Great large room and after 4 weeks on tour, we found these the best beds and linnen! We were in the backyard, so we had a quiet room. Good breakfast, but nothing special considering this is a restaurant.

The bathroom is very basic(no cupboard or table to put your toiletries ) but clean. No air conditioning and it was pretty hot that night in July…. Check in and service not up to par for the price you pay. We felt more like in an Airbnb.

Enjoyed our stay and the acility and easy access to go sightseeing in Heidelberg.

It is in the Altstadt. We were able to park our car in their garage and walk throughout the City and along the Neckar River. The room had a small refrigerator to cool our bottles with water. We also used their restaurant for an excellent German dinner.

We missed having an elevator to second and third floor on our day of arrival and day of departure.
