Excelent location, great place to know Split

Great location, in the best part of Split. You can go everywhere within a few minutes walk. Also they were really kind and guided us to know the city. They also taked good care of our staff once we made the check out.

Excellent!

Had an amazing stay - the location is perfect - extremely close to everything. Despite being in the touristy area of the city and my room facing the street, the rooms are very well isolated and I could not hear any noise from the people/cars outside. The rooms are well decorated, modern and have a perfectly functioning AC (which seems to be quite rare these days). There is also no 'stingy' policy, or cutting corners on providing a great experience. In addition, the staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, helpful and responsive. Prior to my stay I had to book the taxi ride through Priuli (which I highly recommend) as I was flying in very late. Was received by someone on reception that explained everything in the room in detail and gave great tips of what to do and where to go in town. At the end of my stay I could leave my bags at reception after checkout as I did some more city walking prior to leaving Split. Would absolutely stay there again.

Nice and clean room. Friendly staff Location

Breakfast is expensive and outside the location. Do not include breakfast in your reservation. The room is without a view at all. The pics from the surroundings do not match the location

We had a wonderful stay

Our recent stay at the Priuli Luxury Rooms was a delight. Situated in the immediate vicinity of the city center, this modern, clean and comfortable accommodation provided the perfect base for exploring all that the beautiful Split has to offer. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the host, whose hospitality exceeded our expectations. They took the time to share their extensive knowledge of the area regarding best eateries, places to see, and things to do. We recommend you visit the fortress of Kliss, which is easy to reach by bus. Simply walk from the apartment to the nearest (larger) bus point and take bus number 22 until the final stop: Kliss fortress. The views there are breathtaking and the cute little restaurant right in front of the bus stop has great food. And if you are into Game of Thrones, you're in for a little treat! Next time we're in Split, we'll stay here again for sure!

Perfect

Excellent !! The place and room are extra clean and the beds were super comfy. The hosts are kind and they have extra details that made our stay so lovely like surprise snacks and a boiler in the room. If I ever come back to Split I would stay here again

It’s nothing really but it would be great to have a taller shower head holder, It was not a problem for us just a recommendation

Exceptional

The meet and greet was an extra unexpected service and provided a great orientation. It encouraged me to explore areas I hadn't seen before - like the beaches around the point from the ferries. Just beautiful

Some traffic noise - but this is to be expected for a room in a busy city.

Great place to stay

Excellent communication prior arrival. Room was lovely. All issues we had were resolved without any problems. Great location on the edge of the old town and very near restaurants and amenities. Highly recommended

Second stay and we will be back!

Super clean comfortable rooms, amazing staff and very central location. This was our second stay and I'd highly recommend it. Staff there even helped my parents on their last day with carrying luggage down the stairs and booked an airport transfer for them. If you're looking to stay in Split please make this your first choice for accommodation. You won't regret it!

A short three day stay - are than enough to see Split. Overall very good

Very clean room - looked like it had just been refurbished (Oct 2022), located right on the edge of the old town - excellent access into the town and harbour area. Nice bright room, good shower, bed was fine for me but my wife didn't find it that comfortable. Had A/C which we had on very low all the time. It was quiet too inside the room although the reception is literally right outside the door so we heard when people arrived. Rea the rep who met us was very good and informative.

A room with a view of some sort would have been better, the window looked into a rear yard area.

Great location, ok room

Great location: Priuli Rooms are a relatively straight forward walk along the water from the bus and ferry terminals before going inland to reach them. A couple minutes walk from Diocletian's Palace. The local bus stop is outside, where you can catch the number 1 bus to reach Salona.

The rooms weren't luxurious. The shower head had great pressure and hot water but was hung about 1 metre up from the ground so you had to take it off the hook to shower properly. Also there were no shelves in the shower so we had to have our soap and shampoo on the shower floor or open up the shower door to access stuff from the sink bench. It was impossible to dry towels as there wasn't room to hang them. The fittings were basic and the room felt pokey and cramped. After staying in Rovinj, Zadar and Hvar, all our other accommodation has been better thought out and serviced.

Wonderful stay in Split

Owners were so helpful and kind. Location was great...one minute walk to Split old town. The rooms were extremely well appointed and spotless, if a bit on the smaller side. Overall, a very comfy and enjoyable stay.

Really lovely apartment. We were a group of 8, 4 couples. They accommodated us all, with one couple having to stay a little bit up the road but were given a nicer room, even bigger than the others. Very clean and comfortable. Staff were lovely.

Location was perfect. Right beside old town and less than a 20 minute walk to the beach. Slavica was a fabulous host who provided plenty of recommendations! The rooms were very clean and I would happily stay there again

Location was perfect, just directly at the center. Everything was a few minutes away by foot. The staff was super friendly and helpful with tips and extra requests. Organisation of airport transfer to the hotel was possible with them as well. Rooms were clean and well equipped.

nice clean white sheets. very comfortable beds. good sized room incredible check in and check out experience - extremely accommodating and friendly hosts.

the exterior and stairwell of the building were a bit rough. No elevator which could be an issue for some?

Not exactly 'luxury' but clean, comfortable and centrally-located. Great breakfast!

Not as 'luxury' as you might expect and the rooms were smaller than expected. That said they were clean and comfortable. Note that breakfast is not served onsite but at a local cafe/bar a short stroll away. The breakfast is very good. The hotel is very central, easy to walk to all amenities.

Staff are helpful however our holiday was marred by a recommendation by the staff to take a speedboat ride with a company called GREYLINE - Avoid at ALL costs. My sister and mum were injured on the trip and the company couldn't care less! Rooms a little small and could do with more toiletries.
