Great location. Host was really helpful and approachable.
Great spot for few days to see Split
As it is so central, expect there to be a bit of noise. Didn't bother us but just in case of light sleepers.
Couple of issues with TV and shower.
Would be great to have some basics like coffee/tea/sugar/basic condiments so you don't have to buy them.

Amazing location on the Riva and part of Old Town. Apartment is large and has amazing views.
2nd bedroom is very small and only has one room. If sleeping 5, 2 have to sleep on sofa in living room - which apparently was a bit uncomfortable.

very clean, well-maintained spacious apartment with excellent location and wonderful views! I could have just sat from our balcony and had a great time, but it was also so nice to walk just outside and be in the old town with all the many things to do. I would DEFINITELY stay here again and HIGHLY recommend!
The water heater is too small for multiple back to back long showers for 3 people, but this is a very minor issue. The parking is not easy, but that is just how it is for anybody who wants to stay in this very safe and top notch location! The view is wonderful! Probably had THE BEST view of the downtown waterfront!

Sensational view , located on the Riva with easy access via lift- 3 stairs to get to lift.
I wish it had a washing machine.

They let is early checkin too. Great location and big apartment. We stayed there twice

Nice big apartment in the old building with view on the port. Some windows face port (in living room), some face old town (main bedroom) and some ruins of the old wall (second bedroom and restroom). Easy self checkin. A lot of restaurants right near. Amazing market with fruits, veggies and souvenirs 2 min of walking. Lift in the building. Expensive parking 2 min from the apartment and less expensive 10 min of walking.
If you are sound sensitive keep in mind that this is city center and might be loudly on the streets. JFYI apartment has not kitchen and in my case no balcony (so be attentive to apt description). After heavy rain there was some unpleasant smell from the sewerage.

Location and Hotel
We arrived at our destination and could not get in, we wasted half the night chasing the owner to open up the front door. Some idiot had taken the key meant for us and when she finally arrived to return it and we explained that we had been waiting for a long time she could care less!! She said it was the owner's fault as he just told her to bring the key back. What a ridiculous set up, this was bound to happen!! The front door key is a major problem for the owner of this complex, he is better off meeting he customer there and avoid all this crap! I can assure you this will happen again!

Great location. Nice view. Elevator.
Smelly bathroom. The smell of moisture from wet walls in the hallway. Maybe it's not that bad in the summer but it wasn't nice. Expected more from the pictures.

No reception, no luggage dropping, no facilities. The host is very impolite and unresponsive. TV was not in service. I don't recommend this place.

good location and excellent views
Poor check in experience - host unhelpful when we didn’t receive check-in details via app. Stairs very dark at night. Poor kitchen facilities and unpleasant odour in hallway and bathroom.

This is a beautiful space with lots of room and very clean! The balconies and view are incredible and the location couldn’t not be beat!

Location was perfect. 5 min walk from port (where ferrys arrive).
The appartment is very clean and spacious.
Host answered quickly and helped with all needs we had
kitchen space is very limited and refrigerator small. Still good enough for breakfast and cooking simple food (pasta, rice, etc)
Rest was everyting great

Excellent location on the 'Riva' promenade with a lovely views over the harbour to the front, and the old city at the rear. Only a few steps from Diocletian's Palace.
Very spacious, well-kept apartment. The efficient air-conditioning was welcome.
Kitchenette (in a cupboard) was a bit small - there was nowhere to drain dishes when washing up. We didn't try cooking but that would have been a challenge.
Arriving late at night it was not easy to find the building - some sort of sign on the door would have been helpful.

The location is great, the apartment is spacious and clean. The view is very nice!
We thought we were getting the apartment with a balcony so we were disappointed when the apartment didn’t have it. It should be more clearly stated on the website that just one apartment has a balcony. There were also no blankets, not enough towels and there was no shower gel or shampoo. Also, it is quite cold in the apartment. The kitchen is very small and not well equipped.

Would recommend payments go cash free and via the app/credit card for greater efficiency.
Great sea front location with a great sea view and balcony. Spacious apartment with a lift (which made it so much easier with our heavy luggage). The host also provided good suggestions on nearby restaurants and beaches.

No breakfast was provided but restaurants were numerous right outside the front door. Our apartment was on the upper floor of the building housing the British & French consulates, centrally located on the Riva. The ocean view out the front windows is spectacular. The back of the building abuts Diocletian's Palace; a perfect location.
Second bedroom was small.

The location is great
The apartment was dirty definitely nothing around luxury. Armchair dirty, white curtains definitely need to washed, chair on balcony broken. strange smell I think from bathroom which we could not get rid of it, as sleeping with open window in October next to busiest street in the city is not easy. Very laud on the street you need headset to sleep. No cloth to wash dishes in kitchen. Disgusting sponge for washing, old and dirty. Should be changed. Pan should not be used anymore, as Teflon was falling out, lack of wooden equipment in the kitchen which would prevent of destroying the pan. Cooking plate extremely inefficient, it switched off after few minutes of using. Kitchen is disaster you can not cook there, not enough space to prepare meal. tv was not working. Very strange lady who was giving keys she was in a rush… while situation paying in cash only very dodgy… I would not stay there again as totally overpriced for what it is. Nothing is luxury there!

We stayed in Split just for one night in between our visit to Plitvice Lakes and the Croatian islands.
The location is absolutely incredible- there were 2 balconies on the apartment and it had a large dining area and kitchen. You are pretty much inside the palace ruins and right in the centre of the port. Everything was was really clean, the hosts were very welcoming and let us check in earlier than stated. Will be recommending to family and friends to stay here if visiting Split
Nothing was wrong at all

This was booked by luck the night before we arrived! We sorta winged a good portion of our trip. This apartment made us feel like we had finally arrived! We have stayed in some amazing accommodations but nothing quite like this one. You truly feel like you are staying in the left wing of a a place. The old place wall is right out the back window while the promenade and Adriatic sit out your front windows!
Split we will be back and I can only dream that this apartment might be available one more time....
