Very good

The value for money and it was very clean. Bed was also comfy

Noisey when other guests park right by your room and slam their car doors etc late at night and early morning . Would be much better if they parked in the allocated car parks away from the rooms .

Great location right opposite Riccarton Mall. Cheap and cheerful. Lovey staff. Basic amenities but will not hesitate to

Very Helpful staff, great location.

Clean spacious room. I was able to leave luggage at Motel until I had finished my appointments and housekeeper found my sunglasses. Thank you for all your help.

Fantastic! We'll be coming back to this place.

We were so impressed by the host at check-in! Upgraded us to a bigger, better room, offered to help with our bags and was super friendly! I don't think we've had a better welcome and we stay in a lot of hotels. We will definitely be coming back. And so convenient right across the road from the mall!

Everything was perfect. I can't even think of anything to fault this place. It had a kitchen (which we weren't expecting as we got upgraded to an apartment) and the beds were super comfy.

Overnight stay prior to entering Air bnb on family visit.

Excellent central location for access to parks, central city and supermarkets in Westfield complex.

Very limited space and no storage in bedrooms. Showing its age in furnishings.

I had one of the rooms upstairs. It was clean, very comfortable, perfect wifi, super hot shower. I was there mid-September, with some cold and rainy days, but the room was warm. There was an electric blanket that I didn’t need to use. The motel is just right across Westfield mall, close to restaurants and the bus stop (n.3 takes you directly to the airport). The owner is very friendly and helpful.

If I have to pick something I didn’t like, it would be the bathroom cabinet a bit chipped and the shower a bit difficult to close. But they are minor things that didn’t influence my staying at all.
