Great value for money

Good size room. Shower was nice. Beds were comfy, nice sheets and pillows. Staff were helpful

Had the corner upper unit and was very noisy from traffic. No A/C ment windows wide open on a very windy day.

Wouldn't stay here again

Decent sized unit with separate bedroom and a spa bath which is nice and deep. Plenty of hot chocolate sachets, tea and coffee but no milk.

Traffic from the road - not too bad on Friday night but Saturday all the boy racers were out. The motel is on a corner of a main intersection so quite busy. Had no shampoo/conditioner, had to ask, bathroom ceiling could do with a paint job. You don't get given milk, there is a note saying if you want it, you have to go back and ask for it at reception. Directions on Google are a bit misleading - address says Lincoln Road but the entrance is around the corner so need to get in the far left lane early or you have to go through the intersection and turn around. Owner was (?) a bit odd, I handed in a ring saying I'd found it under my bed but she didn't even ask what Unit I was in - unless someone had contacted them about losing it and she already knew about it, I felt like I was being given the short shift.

Great property , clean, hassle free and Met all our needs

Very handy to Augustine Drive for the NZ Masters Games .. Great value for money , had everything needed for our four night stay. .Remarkably sound proof despite being on main thoroughfare.

Great motel for attending events at the Stadium

It’s close location to the stadium, about 5 minutes walk. Got a really good deal booking months ago for the Foo Fighters concert at the stadium. The receptionist was very friendly and gave us some helpful advice about where to eat and how to get to the stadium. The room was very clean and very quiet despite the whole motel being fully booked.

It was walking distance to Christchurch arena , good price nice and clean facilities

No sky tv sport but did have sky open and Netflix

The minder of the motel who took me to the train and picked me up again was excellent. She was so lovely.

The plumbing needs attention. The guy upstairs was heavy footed above me at 5am. When he used the bathroom the water gurgled up into the sink in my bathroom

Very enjoyable, friendly staff, plenty parking, safe and secure, would stay again 👍

Overall, it served our purpose, a cute little home to hang out in when we needed to, plenty of space when we had a few visitors.

The sofa bed was a little uncomfortable to sit on, but worked better lying down 🤗

I experienced a major traffic incident in the motel car park although no fault of the motel.

Average room quality, quite adequate.

Adequate, but could be better.

Good off street parking. Staff nice and friendly. Very clean and well presented Doing very well with a tired facility.

Tired, and in need of refurbishment. Curtains and blinds in poor condition. Cracked paint in bathroom. Noisy, by main road, and neighbours running mini-quad bikes till almost 9pm. It's 3 star quality, but showing as 4.

Spacious room with small kitchenette and decent bathroom. Was a nice stay while we were in Christchurch.

Definitely in need of bits and bobs in the kitchen. Not much cutlery/cups/glasses etc.
