Great stay for people on a budget, friendly staff and clean rooms

Bed was amazing and I liked the bed pillows not too hard and high.

Tiles in front of door got very wet and we did slip a couple of times, slippery bottom of bath.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The heat pump & extra blanket was appreciated. It had all the facilities I required.The staff were friendly & helpful. Thank you.

The bathroom vanity was a bit small to cope with a toilet bag & make up bag. The lighting was a bit poor for putting on make up

A pretty simple motel but offers everything one may need for a short stay. The staff is super friendly and helpful. We asked for a cot in advance and it was all set up and with the linen when we arrived (those travelling with kids know that this is not that common for some reason). We also were offered breakfast that was included in the fee. The motel isn’t too close to the city centre but sits right between the city centre and the airport so it’s quite convenient if you’re leaving early morning.

The room (its lounge area) was a bit small for 5 people and quite dark but we only spent a night there so that wasn’t really a problem.

The Staff was really sweet and helpful. The place was very clean. We appreciated that we were able to wash our clothes for free.

Staff needs to lift their game - how can you charge $16 for 2 pieces of bread?!!

Handy to Christchurch. Was upgraded although no assistance was offered to the 87 yr old with their suitcase.

Big disappointment was that despite pre-paying $16 each for breakfast, when we arrived, we were told that there was no cereal. No fruit was receive, no alternative to the cereal was offered nor did we receive a discount. Therefore, we paid $16 each for 2 pieces of bread!!

Pleasant and comfortable.

Location was perfect for what we needed. Host was pleasant and helpful. Washing machine was free which was great for washing footy kit as we were away at a tournament. Unit was clean and tidy - we were running short on time in the morning and ran out leaving dishes (was going to do them when we returned) and the cleaning crew washed them for us. much appreciated. Boy loved having sky to watch footy 🤣🤣

Sky TV not linked to bedroom. Carparks were very tight. Shower had very little pressure.
