Finding good motels when making a long road journey can be a hit and miss affair. This was definitely a hit!

Extremely clean and comfortable. We’ll, and thoughtfully equipped, for example on each bedside table is a four plug electric board for easy charging of phones, tablets … and hearing aids etc! The owners were also very helpful when we were having trouble finding accommodation in the next town.

Clean, tidy and very cosy. Had everything we needed. The couple that runs the place were great. Very helpful, friendly and obliging. Their meals were great too. We'll definitely be back.

I changed rooms to a smaller one and anything I needed was never a problem. Check in is always easy as we arrive late. Very comfortable stay with nice beds and a huge shower.

Terrific Tenterfield Motel

Very welcoming and helpful owners; exceptionally quiet, clean and comfortable; crockery, glasses and cutlery were all provided meaning we could prepare breakfast and lunch at the motel; meals can he bought at the motel, if desired; we stayed in the family room and there were kids “games and stuff” available in the room which was fantastic when the grandchildren visited.

The service was wonderful, our room was left unlocked for us to allow for a late check in which made it really easy to unload the kids at night. The room was lovely and spacious with an extra room for the kids. They even went out of their way to get some colouring books and pencils for the kids to do during our stay. Had heaps of extra blankets and towels which was helpful. Very comfortable beds.

The parking is terrible, we ended up parking on the street which was alot easier.

A good stopover.

Breakfast was very good. Well cooked and served hot. The owners offered a dinner menu which was cooked to order and delivered to room. Very good meal and service.
