Close to thai embassy.
The worst hotel I’ve ever been in my whole life. The front desk staff are not helpful and doesn’t pay attention. The cleaning stuffs are rude !!! Omg the electricity has been cut off at the hotel for over 12 hours. and the breakfast is awful. The rate for the hotel is not so expensive but not cheap as well. Just do yourself a favor and book a hostel might be even better and cleaner. The hotel bathroom smell stink. The tower are disgusting, old and have black spot on it. The only thing good about the hotel was so close to Thai Embassy. Rudest Staff i’ve ever seen

I requested the hotel check out time one more hour later because we have a child, and he said that we have to pay for another hour. When we arrived at their hotel, the room we booked was not ready yet, so we had to enter the room we booked at 6pm. We paid THB 8500 for our 5-night booking, and for adding an extra night, we paid an additional 760000 Kip in Lao money. It's a hotel that doesn't think fairly and only talks about money, so I've decided that I'll never stay at that hotel again. The water heater is even turned off and it's always hot, so much so that I'm afraid to take a shower. Even if the water heater is turned on, the water is always hot, even if I turn the water heater off because I am afraid of getting hot .But their water is always hot. On the 6th day we stayed, breakfast was fried rice and rice noodles soup and Boiled rice porridge 🥣, It's boring to eat the same thing every day without any change. They don't make the guests who stay at their hotel uninterested .

The breakfast was good.
The hotel has a serious infestation of mosquitos. I guarantee that you will sleep very little. Even when I discussed this, their solution was to spray my room, but the mosquitos are getting in through the ventilation, so that was not a solution. ..their solution is to just hope people will not complain. Makes no sense at all. Also, in my 5 decades of travel, this is the first hotel that turns off all the hallway lights. God help anyone in an emergency.

Breakfast was good, as well as the room was spacious and comfortable. The location is perfect for people going to the embassy. I enjoyed it and if I ever have to go back to Laos I will stay here again.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They even gave us tape and scissors to wrap up some gifts.
The rooms were old and shabby and hadn't been given any attention in many years. The hotel was at its finest probably about 15-20 years ago. Not much more than a functional place to sleep.
