The most comfortable beds ever! Really convenient location for appointments at Thai embassy.
A free water dispenser would be nice. they provide water from the cafe downstairs, but not after it closes.

I really liked the convenience of the location because I had appointments at the Thai Embassy. I also liked the cleanliness and Nuna staff were very sweet and kind. Overall, I must say this was the best hostel I ever stayed at!
There was absolutely nothing I didn't like. Everything was amazing.
Thank you

I checked in for two nights, and left the place after half an hour and went to another hostel
The women who worked there were fine
The room was large and spacious and at a glance it looked clean
According to them, there is no air conditioning before 17:00, the room was hot and stuffy like a wet sauna
The place is very far from the city center and there is no public transportation, so the handling there is expensive
I asked about buses to continue my trip and they have no idea how to help
There is no BCEL ATM in the area

The beds are so soft, you get a breakfast included. I met the most amazing people here and made new friends, that was the best part of my trip.

Great accommodation with friendly staffs who speak English well. The bed is comfortable, and there is a leisy space for guests except the 1st floor cafe! For the food, I only tried the avocado salad on the menu, it's delicious. Literally close to the Thai embassy so it's the top choice for those who come to do their Thai visa mainly. Big supermarkets nearby and many Korean bistros as well. It's not the main 'tourist' area, so you can enjoy some quiet and slow lazy vibe here :)

If you are visiting the Thai embassy on a budget this is a great spot to be. If you wish to explore Vientiane it’s not really a very good location and you’ll probably wish to be more in the downtown core. The staff are very good, nice and helpful. Breakfast with coffee are included in the price which is a nice touch (make sure to ask for eggs well done unless you like runny, uncooked whites; this seems to be an Asian thing perhaps). I had a bed in the 4 person female dorm. For the price and if you want the convenience of the embassy, it is great!
I was booking to explore the city and so the location wasn’t great. My fault for not doing more research. The bathroom could have been cleaner, but it was okay. Shower not hot but overall a decent place with great staff. Good value for money.

Large bed
I was a bit disappointed by the breakfast (I've taken the sweet breakfast). Also there is a room for the common area but it looks more like a workspace than other things so not easy to socialise with other.
And it was really far from the center

The staff is very helpful! The beds are very comfortable!
In the sleeping room are too many beds. When you have the bottom one in the middle it’s hard to get fresh air, because you are surrounded by the curtains of the other beds. It gets very warm! There is no place to put your stuff when you are in the washroom. So no hooks or shelves! You share one toilet and one shower with 10 people. The breakfast is small and not enough for someone who loves breakfast.

Nice cozy bar, delicious food
The AC worked only at night, my bed was close to the window and the light got in through the curtains. It was hard to rest during the day time
There was no good hanger or hook to keep clothes in a shower cabin, only that iffy sticky hook

Clean and comfortable.
Staff pretty clueless, this is a coffee shop with beds. Location is average. Most expensive laundry I've done in Laos by a long shot!

The hostel is clean and the bed is really comfortable with good matress but the location is not as close to the downtown. Most impressive thing about the hostel is they have really good staff to take care for you, at reception.

wifi was the only thing that was good
Trying to make as much money as they can make.
As first I arrived at 9:50 and I couldn’t take a shower after a long bus trip. Because there were still people in the accommodation. They couldn’t offer me to shower only if I paid 50.000 per hour early check in. That doesn’t change that there people are in the accomodation.
Then I needed to pay a deposit but i did not have enough money on me to pay for it. Later on when I went to the ATM i offered the deposit and they refused it. Later on the evening (when I almost was a sleep) at 10:30PM they asked for the deposit.
Do not try to make a booking for anything they overcharging you so much. I took the bus from Ventianne to Vang Vien (3 hours bus trip) if i would go from there hostel to the train station they would even charge me more money.
The morning i wanted to leave I wanted breakfast (included by the price) and I did not get it. They start there “free” breakfast from 08:00 and I asked for breakfast at 07:45. There was staff enough to make my breakfast. When i wanted to check out they wanted to check my bed which took 10 minutes and i had to catch by bus so it was very annoying. When i friendly ask to get my deposit back they were laughing and staring at their phone.
I have a very bad experience with this hostel. It’s quitte expensive for what you get. Also because the location is very bad it’s 35 minutes walking to the center.
You can better go to another place where the staff speak English, threat your better and have more information about any trip.

Staff was very helpful with all the questions I had. There is a common room to keep the noise in the room down. Good Wifi, good AC, few mosquitos.
I was denied my deposit and had to pay extra for a 3cm stain on my linen, which was already there when I checked in (which I noticed immediately but didn't want to bother anyone with). No way to prove it wasn't me, I should have taken a picture at checkin... Staff was pleasant on all other occasions.

Great dorms with curtains around the beds and very nice cafe with the most polite waiters.
the location was a bit out of town and I had to climb over the closed fence at 11pm to get in as it was closed but that was fine with me 😃

Highly recommend HideSeek if you want to stay a couple of days in Vientiane! I had such a lovely time and it soon felt like a little home in Laos. The lady running it is amazing and went beyond her way to help me with everything I needed. They also employ girls form rural areas of Laos that, besides her limited English, are absolutely lovely and always willing to help with a smile in the face. They even replaced my whole locker unit when I arrived late at night and realised it wasn't locking properly! 10/10 if you don't mind it's a bit out of the centre, but easy to reach anyway. Plus the beds are super comfy :)
