Kleine, gepflegte, grüne Oase.
Schöne Zimmer mit Holzboden.
Sensationelles Frühstücksbuffet - nicht asiatisch ausgerichtet.
Aufmerksames Personal.

Staffs were kind and helpful. I could relax myself in the room. I love beehive honey served for breakfast.

Relaxing and peaceful ornamental-style gardens and pool area - a quiet oasis away from the noise of the city
Large room with very comfortable bed
Helpful staff (apart from problems at check-in)
Very good breakfast
Check-in experience was very poor - staff couldn’t find our reservation. After 20 minutes the lady trying to check us in just got up and walked away without saying anything, so another staff member had to start the process all over again. Very unprofessional.

The staff were so lovely . They went out of their way to ensure we had a wonderful stay . The room was large air conditioned and looked out onto the gorgeous lotus pond . The best part was the Beautiful tranquil garden hidden amongst the bustling busy city of Vientiane. We had a little porch to sit on and read . Breakfast was delicious the coffee very good . We slept well as the resort was really quiet . No street noise at all . Thankyou to the lovely staff . We ate here both nights the food was tasty and fresh . Nice cold beer and cocktails.

The staff and certainly Sarah was very helpful and charming. She helped me to call for taxis when moving around Vientiane.
The garden of the hotel and the frogs although sometimes a bit loud :) were an extra.
The front door of the room was a bit dodgy and only closed with one lock and not double. On the backside were I stayed it didn't feel 100% safe to keep your valuables even though there's a safe in the room.

This place has remained unchanged since the pandemic. It was sublime in 2018, and it remains sublime in 2023.
The pool, the grounds, the restaurant, the service... all are 10/10.
They even stored my luggage for me while I went to Vang Vieng!
My favourite hotel in VTE.
Having to leave.

Excellent quite place. V good restaurant and short walk to the mall.

Place has a lot of potential, yet, it is not exploited enough. On the visual side all looks nice, but lacking many simple small things that will make this place very likeable. Starting with a cafe by the pool to some other better used amenities. On the other hand, I like that they stand against sex tourism and are against child abuse of any kind. Breakfast was nice
Pool works only til 7 pm and this is ridiculous as during day temperatures are over the mid 40s and just at the time guest would enjoy the swim the most, the pool is closed. Once we had used it, it was not cleaned of leaves and beds were all piled up and covered as they are ready for a long layover. In Vientiane most of the places of interest close around 6-7 pm so having a pool that is closed as early is pointless. They could do well with some intensive maintenance as rooms and bathrooms are rather dated.

The hotel retains a colonial, classy style which derives from the design of the buildings and the location in a leafy garden. The property is not far from Talat Sao market and bus station
The rooms need an urgent facelift, they are old, decrepit at times and you can tell some botched attempts were made to improve the comfort, such as replacing the AC, adding an extra shower head in the toilet. But all to no avail, the place looks very old and worn out. The amount of insects in the room was stunning. Staff at the reception are naggy and too fussy about slightly damaged dollar banknotes. We did not feel welcome and would not stay again

It is like an oasis in the heart of a busy City. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The rooms are lovely and the pool area, restaurant, food are all first rate.

A beautiful oasis away from bustle and noise, Green Park Boutique Hotel was the perfect place to “come home” to after a days’ work. The staff were warm, friendly and obliging, the breakfasts were freshly cooked and delicious, the arrangement of the rooms around the pool and greenery was peaceful and serene. As a long-staying guest (21 days), I was grateful to be a short walk away from Parkson’s Mall with its well-stocked supermarket. There’s nowhere else I’d stay in Vientiane.
Wifi / internet was dodgy and not always reliable. The staff were good enough to place a router in my room, which made a huge improvement, but in the last week they changed the router again and once more the internet availability became sporadic. If you’re not in Vientiane for work it may not be such an issue.

Very friendly and helpful staff - couldn't do enough for you e.g. organising golf, transport food requests etc.
Fantastic food - with good options breakfast through dinner.
Although quite an old asset - this added to the colonial rustic charm and experience.
Noise from the ornamental pond at night - frogs! .....not really a deal breaker (amusing really) - kind of got used to it after one night - and they did provide ear-plugs!
Not a big fan of showers with a curtain - water gets everywhere!

The hotel is a real oasis of calm to come back to after visiting the city. The gardens are lovely and the pool is large and was a lovely temperature when we were there in February. Our room was very spacious, on the ground floor with a lovely terrace overlooking the lily pond (from where the residents frogs serenaded us each night!). There are some lovely items of the breakfast menu - especially liked the croissant eggs benedict. The hotel is a bit away from the bars and restaurants, but the hotel will order you a cab (Uber style) to take you into town in the evenings and it's easy to get a tuktuk back. It's probably worth being slightly out of town to have the lovely grounds and pool to come back to after a day sight seeing (we happily walked into town and back during the day)
There were a couple of issues when we stayed (broken lock on the room, an issue with the pool) but these were put right by the very helpful staff. Just be aware that the hotel does not offer a free shuttle to the city (as the booking.com listing implies) - you will need to pay for a taxi/tuktuk in the evening

Had an excellent stay at Green Park Hotel. We were returning guests and have stayed twice before. The hotel is stylish and relaxing. Staff are so helpful; they were extremely helpful in booking our onward train tickets to Luang Prabang.

amazing food, beautiful atmosphere with a lot of trees and nature with access to a gym.
a lot of mosquitoes and dark.

Design of the property is great, very cozy and very green.
Hot shower doesn’t work. Water from the tab doesn’t function well. Furnitures and other facilities are in strange design. For example, you have to climb up 3 steps to get shower in the bathtub, it’s quite dangerous actually. Pillows are so hard.

From the start to finish we were looked after by the hosts. Ms Sara in particular was so pleased and happy to help us. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was delicious. Pool area was wonderful and the rooms were comfortable and clean.

Pick up from the airport worked well, the room was huge if a touch spartan with very nice teak floors. Nice bath.
Enjoyed the pool.
Staff were ever so helpful.
Were able to organise a days tour to out of town sights at short notice.
Pillows had no give in them and were frankly quite uncomfortable. Note other hotels in Laos have similar issues, so maybe not fair to single out this particular hotel for this.

Absolutely beautiful garden and surrounding. Location is a little inconvenient but the beauty of the place compensate for that. Staffs were very nice.

Staff were incredibly friendly, personable and spoke English well. The room was huge and very well cleaned. Very soft and comfy bed. Pool is fantastic. Food at the restaurant was great and wait staff were lighting fast with bringing food and clearing plates.
Had a few issues with hot water system tripping the circuit breaker.
