Great value for money

The bed was super comfortable. Everything was beautifully clean. The reception staff were very lovely, happy and helpful

The hotel is a little dated and worn. Not very sound proof rooms

great location, onsite dinner restaurant and great uni coffee shops to visit also!

very close to hospital, specialists, uni and macquarie centre. all in walking distance

little longlife milks and bar snacks were way out of date. milk actually lumpy

Clean, comfortable but difficult to find

The room was very comfortable. The bed was superb and inside it felt like a luxury stay on a budget price. it was very clean and quiet.

It was very difficult to find and not well signposted. Coming in from the carpark you have to walk quite a distance and through some empty buildings as it is attached to and part of the Macquarie university campus. There is no free to air TV, if you don't have access to streaming services and the bathroom is quite small.

Would stay again, however I would request they do an audit of the bar fridge and other items.

It’s well located, clean and in good condition.

The checking of the bar was disappointing. There was an bottle of wine that had been partially consumed still in the fridge. I did take it to reception and they made a note. Post checkout, I had an additionally charge against my CC. I sent a message through Booking requesting an explanation for the charge, which I’m yet to receive. Really poor considering their association witH MGSM.

Highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Fantastic location, fantastic room. Awesome over looking the lake. Walking distance to Shopping centre and multiple food choice. Close to public transport and University which also has many food options and facilities. Family have stayed here multiple times. Restaurant onsite and room service, vending machines available close by.

Ask about $50 deposit required at checkin, when it will be released back to you. - Multiple phone calls and emails with no response - 7 days after check out, told they needed to manually release from machine and could be another 7 days. -After 17 days I was told I had to contact my bank. (They did apologise for not following up emails and messages)

Bezpośredni dostęp do parku. Możliwość parzenia kawy w lobby. Śniadanie. Bardzo miła obsługa w lobby. Pokój był przestronny i miał telewizor smart TV.

Nie jest to najczystszy hotel. Ubrudzona podłoga w lobby nie była posprzątana przez trzy dni. Łazienka również nie była przygotowana tak jak powinna. Schody od strony parku również dawno nie sprzątne. Trochę wstyd! W naszym pokoju klimatyzacja była bardzo głośna, nawet po wyłączeniu klimatyzacji coś ciągle buczało...

Convenient location, very pleasant surroundings. Quiet and comfortable

Peaceful overlooking the lake. Ability to sit and walk outside. Staff are very helpful, nothing is too much trouble.

Wifi is patchy and difficult to access.

Nice place to stay while in area.

The location was convenient, a mall nearby for anything I needed, and train/metro for connections to where I needed to go. A friend suggested this hotel as my other choice which was towards Liverpool. The view is of Lake Macquarie and the surrounding park, along with Cockatoos that show up in the morning. Located next to MGSM University. Quiet and comfortable. The Staff is exceptional.

A lovely spot, and nice rooms with a view of the university grounds but not recommended if you have allergies to dust.

Location & outlook The bed was comfy and clean.

The whole place needs a good clean. There was so much dust, dirt and cob webs. Toothpaste on the bathroom bench and a used shower cap. The air conditioner just blew dust around the room and the WiFi was unreliable.

Great value for money and very comfortable with balcony looking birdlife on back waterway.

Loved the view out the back.

Checking in was a bit poor due to only 1 computer being used & two staff with a major event in Sydney happening, they were a bit under the pump and I got put in someone else's room in error.

Superb

Really nice comfortable hotel with a beautiful outlook over a lake. Hearing birds and frogs in a city location, I love it. And free parking.
