Rooms were clean, staff and organisation could be improved.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable.

My Room was not ready at 2pm, when I tried to check in the reception lady was quite rude telling me it would be ready late afternoon. She was unable to provide time just abruptly said later. Asked for a call when ready, it didn’t come but I managed to get key close to 430pm. It was busy but that’s not my fault. Her tone and rudeness wasn’t appreciated after a long day of travel.

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again if we needed to be near the airport.

The breakfast was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I absolutely loved the burcher muesli. The staff at check in were so friendly and helpful.

Our room service meal was disappointing. There were no biscuits to go with tea and coffee in the rooms. The bread for toast at breakfast could have been better, maybe some sourdough?

Extremely comfortable, great location to airport and delicious breakfast and room service

Very large room, great curtains to shut out the light, a bath, room service very comfortable bed

Great location but too noisy.

Great location.

There were very noisy guests who were shouting and banging until 3am. Very difficult to sleep prior to international flight.

Location and Service

Room service breakfast had to be ordered on the morning of the day of service, however, the service itself was prompt and courteous and the breakfast came fresh and hot.

One room service dinner had to be ordered three times before it arrived. Busy night?

Good for the location but disappointing that a simple request seemed to be too difficult to comply with.

The location

The room wasn’t ready even though I had organised a 6 pm check in. There was only one bath towel provided for the two of us. When an additional towel was requested it wasn’t supplied until we asked the cleaning staff at 6 am the next morning.

The room was standard, nothing special, but nice and close to the airport

We were able to leave our car there and catch the shuttle into the airport, much cheaper.

Very noisy, crying babies from other rooms kept us awake most of the night. Some of the reception staff are a little hard to understand

The room was clean and tidy, shower was great, beds were comfortable. Food was fairly priced and delicious.

Staff at the front desk at check in and check out were amazing. Thank you for the upgrade!

Shuttle is $10 per person - travelling with a family makes it an expensive transfer.

Lovely

Very big room and super comfy bed. I did not want to get up in the morning. Loved that we could connect to the tv to watch our own shows. Amenities were fab

Location Comfortable bed

Did not get the room we reserved. Noisy room. Hotel is not soundproofed. You can hear the traffic and planes. Woken up by housekeeping knocking on door at 7.45am after arriving at 11.30pm.

Fridge, no enough coffee, milk and tea. Supposed have plates, forks spoons. Hobby and head cup (plastic) , when you have shower keeping dry.

Great airport hotel - bar, restaurant and shuttle service.

The booking in experience was excellent - the room was clean and spacious - bed good. Very good experience.

Ambiente im Restaurant laut wie eine Wartehalle Kaffeemaschine mit Kapseln umständlich zu bedienen auch das Personal hat 2 Versuchskapseln gebraucht bis ein mittelmäßiger Kaffee kam.

Excellent comfortable hotel for an overnight stop over at the airport

Very close to airport, (walkable but roads very busy so we used the $10 shuttle) room was large clean and bed very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Use of health club pool was a bonus.

Perfect stay for either overnight in Sydney to travel overseas or just to stay in Sydney.

From booking in until departure it was 100%. I asked for another room after we arrived, and it was no problem at all. The people at the counter were very efficient and very friendly. We took a drink in the bar and something to eat plus the buffet breakfast the next morning and we could not fault it. The people are all very helpful and friendly. We been there now a few times and will highly recommend the Sydney Airport Novotel. We will definitely use it again in the future.

I honestly can't think about anything we didn't like.

A good end to a long trip.

Room was comfortable and quiet. Spacious enough to repack etc. Bed was very comfortable. The restaurant was excellent and very good staff. After a 14 hour flight and a 23 hour all round journey, it was nice to sit and relax with a great meal (slow cooked shoulder of lamb) and wine. Airport shuttle bus was on time and good service.

Room wasn't ready (at 6.30pm) but we had a drink in the bar to wait half an hour or so.

Pleasant

Good location.

Checked in at 3pm and had to wait for room to be ready. Decided to go to restaurant to burn some time. Wrong order was brought, didnt bother changing it, then we waited for 15 mins at the counter to try and pay for our meal, gave up in the end and reception (unable to find any staff) wrote our details down for the whenever the staff returned.
