Pleasant

One of the cheapest options around. Staff at the counter was very nice and helpful. Located super close to the marina. Has a private parking and the rental apartment could have accommodated for up to 6 people in theory. OK hotel for the price point, as this was one of the cheapest locations in the area.

The whole complex could do with some renovations. The bathroom stunk of sewage the whole time and the water pressure was quite low. Being a rental apartment, they do not offer any cleaning service and there was also no towel or bed-sheet change. Upon checkout, you are asked to leave the common facilities in the apartment like the kitchen clean, and to separate all the rubbish or you'll be charged an extra fee. There's only 1 AC unit in the kitchen area, which takes ages to cool off the bedroom. Had we really been 6 people and utilized the beds on the upstairs loft, I doubt those people would have felt the AC at all. Overall, an OK hotel for the price point.

Excellent location but slightly basic accommodation

Location for the beach, marina, restaurants etc was fabulous. Bedrooms and bathroom were a good size. Airer for drying clothes was really useful. The swimming pool was great and has a life guard on duty but does close during the hours of 1pm & 4.30pm.

Kitchen facilities were basic and we thought it was mean that basics such as a kitchen cloth, tea towel and washing up liquid weren’t provided. There was not even 1 roll of toilet paper to let you use the toilet before doing a shop. Air conditioning was only in the main bedroom and the BBQ’s were communal.

close to the harbour and beach

Very dirty, dark, half of the electricity didn’t work, dirty fridge handles, 1 sachet of shower gel was provided for 3 nights, garden view meant view to the parking lot, dated furniture, stinky appartment, no cleaning products at all but you are expected to wash the dishes, broken cabinet door in the kitchen, washing machine was included in the booking but there was no washing machine at all just broken pipes coming out of the wall. Chaos in the parking lot as no clear indication which lot belongs to which appartment, noisy neighbourhood, thin walls, water heating unit is very very loud through the whole night. We booked 3 nights but left the place after the first night. If you are assigned to apt B23 don’t take it!

Really enjoyed our stay here, lovely area and beach! We live our mini break!

This property was in a great location, the staff were very helpful, beautiful outdoor space. comfortable bed with air-con in the room too

A couple things were need in the room, corkscrew, sharp knife and and extra mirror (one one above the sink in the bathroom) would have been handy.

Avoid, there are better places for better price

Avoid, non drinkable water (you won't know till you pay), hidden services fees (for nothing as they charge cleaning fee as well), AC only in kitchen.

The staff was really friendly and tried to help us.

It is quite big residence with condos like in a bee hive. It is located next to marina, in an untidy neighborhood. The residence itself is quite clean, though. Beds are extremely uncomfortable. As we didn’t like “the vibe” we left after two days, even though we paid for six nights (without refund). How we see it, it doesn’t offer much of what Sardinia has.

Very good

Fantastic location next to a beautiful beach that is a short 2 minute walk away. Very nice and clean residence that is spacious. Washing machine present and handy. Very friendly and polite staff. Reserved parking spot right in front of the residence. There are great restaurants and a geletaria right by the property. Nice and safe area. Pool was very nice and the kids enjoyed it. Cute little market on the property that had some fun local Sardinian speciality foods. This is a great beach house as it is so close to a very nice beach. Walking to the beach is so much better than having to load up the car and fight with parking.

Next to a restaurant that played loud music until after midnight most of the nights of our stay. Sometimes the music was very loud. Only one A/C unit for the whole residence that left us feeling too warm much of the time.

Superb

Everything was beautiful. There were many apartments in our residence. Our apartment had 2 floors with big comfortable rooms and a balcony. The kitchen was fully completed, but without microwaves. There was a free parking. The market was in the nearest house. The restaurant and the sea was in front us on the other side of the street. And the long beach was in 100 meters from us.

There wasn't a TV in the bedroom. The bed linen wasn't never changed within 2 weeks.

Like our visit very much a nice quiet resort with a marina with nice restaurants one on the end call

Very quiet to some if would be too quiet but I liked it reception were lovely and helpful. The accommodation was basic but well equipped there was a washing machine which meant we could travel light

Mosquitos, take a repellent! They had a feast
