Spacious and clean apartment with comfy beds and good wifi. Parking next the door

Kitchen equipment can be better. No dish soap, sponge or dishtowel. Only 1 toilet paper for 3 people for 2 nights! And nobody at reception desk during the opening hours. Walls are made with paper i think, you can hear EVERYTHING, on 12PM or 6AM...

Disappointing – hotel is not what it claims to be

Friendly staff. Good air conditioning. Good room size.

No soundproofing in the room whatsoever, you could hear everything from the neighbors and hallway. The bed was the most uncomfortable we’ve slept in. The room description on booking.com said it had terrace or balcony but it had none. Communicated this to the reception but they did not solve it, they did not seem aware of what the description said. The location of part of the hotel is not the same as it says, many rooms are located much further away, outside of the city = long walking distance, car is therefore preferred. Cleaning not the best since we found an old cigarette beside the bed.

Would not recommend.

It was a big apartment and it had a bidé, the bathroom was fine and it was a nice balcony.

First of all, no one told us that the apartment we had booked was not in the same adress as we had booked, instead we had to walk another 20 minutes to get to the apartment building (which meant we had to walk behind a two seat car that drove our bags but not us). The apartment was very far from the city center (about 35 minuted walk) and there was no restaurants or bars anywhere near this place. Second, the place did not at all look like in the pictures, the apartment was dark and the kitchen did not live up to the way it displayed in the pictures (the kitchen was supposed to be fully equipped but did not even have gas in the lighter to the gas stove nor a cutting board, and a lot of the things in the kitchen were dirty). The bathroom was only provided with one toilet roll so we had buy more ourselves. The bed was like sleeping on a rock and the air conditioning wasn't changeable so we had to sleep in 32 degrees every night. The first day we went to talk to the staff to say we were not happy about about the apartment but they wouldn't listen and did not help us at all. We asked them to help us get a taxi to the port (via Whatsup since they didn't respond on telephone) the day we checked out but didn't even get a reply.

Disappointing

Big terrace, fair stay given the comparably low fare

1) there is two apartment places, le maree (deluxe apt) is 30 min by foot to city center, not 15 as said in description!! The location is not correct in booking.com! 2)Matrace is horrible, way too hard 3)The door knob from the bathroom door fell off, we could only open it from outside 4) no barbecue place, though promised in description 5) not a single sharp knife

Our room was located at the ground floor. It was very loudy and the room smelled bad. Kitchen not well equiped. Did not live up to our expectations at all!

Very good

excellent apartment in walking distance to the heart of the beautiful island. also if you are driving the island of caprera is in close driving distance. staff were friendly and communicated to us well even though we did not have much italian! staff gave lots of tips on how to enjoy the archipelago. 20 minute walk from the town centre. the apartment was very clean and pleasant. there is also a charming pizzeria nearby where we visited when tired from a day of swimming!

Very good

The room was very clean upon arrival and the air conditioning worked quite well.

The lock to the main door was difficult to open, the gym was never open and you could hear the residents’ conversations from the room above us.

Very good appartment

Elisa was really helpful throughout our stay. She was very informative and really good host. The appartment was clean, very well equipped, with aircon (very silent as well!) and wi-fi. Supermarket was close by as well.

Superb

Well equipped studio in La Maree. Quite comfortable modern sofa-bed, new pillows. Nice welcome by staff who came to La Maree as we were lost!

A bit difficult to find. No balcony as such.

Nice quiet accommodation outside of town.

Super comfy, good ac, lovely staff, quiet area. Good value for money. Kitchen was stocked with cooking utensils (although we didn't use the kitchen!)

It was a little out of town, and there was some superficial and cosmetic damage to the property (skirting boards, doors, etc)

Not worth this price

Location is perfect, terrace/balcony quite nice. Accommodation space was good.

Bathroom was in terrible conditions with falling ceiling paint. Mattresses were quite uncomfortable. Hot-cold water mixer in the shower totally not working properly.

Overpriced for the services offered, we felt ripped off !

The appartement was dirty upon arrival, ex : the floor, the kitchen utensils - see attached picture (boiler, coffee machine, pans etc). Also, the equipment was insufficient for an apartment meant for 4 people, ex: only 2 knifes, 1 roll of toilet paper, no dish washing soap. Additionally, there were broken things ex: the door knob, the door frame leading to the dormitories, dysfunctional shower (water temperature regulation). The fitness was hardly usable ex: it was filthy, it stunk, there was garbage spread everywhere, the machines didn’t work and those that did were also filthy. On top of that, when reaching out to the reception there was no interest nor willingness to help us. Therefore as frequent travelers and booking.com bookers we expect a refund, specially considering the price for what we got.

Pleasant

The kitchen is very nice! They already leave u all the tools to cook a nice meal. The fridge is very spacious and also has a freezer compartment.

They took us to a location that wasn't the location that was showed on booking.com. Therefore we had to walk 25 min to get to the city centre instead of 15. The rooms are also very noisy, you can hear the other guests taking showers and watching tv. On a Saturday morning at 3 am, I got woken up by someone singing in the shower.

Good

It's spacious and clean. It has two airco's that work well. The breakfast guy was very kind.

It's quite far located from the center (15 minutes walk uphill). There was only one toilet roll for 6 nights for 2 persons.
