Nice place to stay in the winter perhaps?

Location was good, room was clean and parking on site.

No air con, passive-aggressive sign in the kitchen was not appreciated, grumpy staff when checking out.

Le calme, la proximité avec le centre-ville (10’ à pied).

L’accès au parking (sonnette en panne) dans un deuxième temps obligé de reculer en sens interdit. L’agent d’accueil a des écrans, à quoi servent-ils ?

Tout était parfait. Personnel accueillant et disponible. Propretéi rreprochable, emplacement, accessibilité.

Emplacement top, rapport qualité prix conforme.

Proche de la gare et bien situer facile à trouver.

Il fessais beaucoup trop chaud dans la chambre, impossible de baisser le thermostat. Litterie trop dure.

La propreté, l’accueil à tout heure.

Le lit double en forme de « cuvette » et son matelas peu confortable. Une annonce plus claire des différents suppléments.

Very spacious rooms. Very clean in the living areas in the rooms. Decent breakfast.

A baby or person had been sick in the lift and it smelled a while. My first breakfast hadn't been booked for me at reception. My fridge hadn't been put on in my room. Not enough loo roll.

Great location, close to the train station and to the center.

if you plan to use the dishwasher - the smell may knock you off your feet. But if you keep it closed - no worries, you will survive:)

A great location and we like the appart-hotel concept. We would definitely repeat the experience.

We enjoyed having our own - very adequate kitchen - and the independence that gave. The room was a good size with an adequate bathroom. It wasn't far from the centre of Orleans. The parking was very convenient and the man at Reception very helpful.

There was no air conditioning and so was very hot the nights we were there. The rooms weren't cleaned during the stay which wasn't too much of a hassle but clean towels might have been nice.

The aparthotel is in a desolate condition. The water pipes in the kitchen under the sink are leaking and water ran down. It was seen that this condition had not been repaired for a long time. No other apartment or repair was proposed to us There are mold stains on the ceiling. In the shower was a glued bar of soap from the faucet had not been removed. There were also cockroaches in the apartment. It was very hot in the rooms and there was no possibility of ventilation or cooling. the Rerfreshments machine at the reception was broken and did not work. I leave now to add the photos. Please clean and repair the accomodation.

Most things, wasn’t advised that you had to reserve parking & had to pay extra which is not a problem if we were told we had to pre-book due to limited spaces which were gone when we arrived & we had a trailer that couldn’t be secured! One little fan was allocated to each room & didn’t realise after the twin beds were gone (2) it was then a sofa bed! Breakfast is the most basic we have ever had in all the years travelling & staying in France! Sorry I could add more but I’m trying to enjoy the rest of my holiday! ☹️

Sweet, helpful staff. Washing machine in the building with detergent included in the price for one use. Clean enough. My appartement seemed to be wheelchair adapted with a shower chair for those who are looking for that.

No decorations/art in the room, a bit institutional. Shower drapes too small so a lot of water ended up on the floor

Location is great. Near city centre. Breakfast was also more then ok. Appartement was clean! Very freindly staff.

Good enough. Nothing special, but friendly and well run

Clean studios, located 20 minute walk from the centre.

Double bed was very uncomfortable. The single beds in the other studio apartment we're ok (we booked two rooms).

Excellent value for money!

Spacious room, hotel was very clean & the staff were extremely helpful! Great breakfast, safe & secure parking for our motorbike too, overall the hotel was great value for money!

Lack of restaurants nearby!
