Un très bon rapport qualité prix/prix

Un appartement parfaitement situé avec une vue sur la place principale de la ville. Proche de tous les commerces et les restaurants. Propose et communication facile avec l’hôte.

Isolation limitée. Tout s’entend. Odeur de fermé.

Very nice flat in the center of Orleans but noisy at night

Very nice flat in the very center of Orleans. You can walk everywhere from there. Nicely decorated and a big plus: one shower per bedroom!

Very noisy at night as it is located on the square: all night long you have the noise from people talking on the terrasses of restaurant or partying and listening to loud music

not for us - the smell needs sorting

the location is 10/10

the property is up two flights of stairs and they are very steep and narrow - This wasn’t clear. I don’t feel the existing reviews reflect the property we stayed in. It was hard to find due to poor information. The communal hall etc were filthy - we had rubbish on the floor. Its shown as having a reception so we assumed people would be on site. This isn’t the case, it’s an apartment let like air b&b. The apartment interiors were ok but only one tiny toilet and it had wee in it on arrival. It didn’t feel clean. There were random cleaning objects dotted around in the rooms. The whole place stank… it was horrendous. Made worse when using the shower so I assume it’s a blocked drain somewhere. There are wires etc visible. Smoke alarm didn’t look like it worked. It’s a very dated building and doesn’t feel safe. The only positive was the location but the stairs ruined that. We wouldn’t book again and we are done with using booking.com after two poor experiences.

Perfect stay!

Perfect location, beautiful apartment, beautiful view on the busy place and to the cathedral, still quiet and calm at night

This apartment looks like the best apartment one can get in Orlean. The location is superb and the apartment is absolutely gorgeous

There are 50 steep stairs to the apartment. Other that that all is wonderful

Very good

Right in the square of Orleans. Walking distance to trams, trains , restaurants, bars and landmarks. Apartment was bright and airy with wonderful views.

Lots of stairs up to the apartment.

Beautiful apartment in a stunning location

Smell! Powerful odour (possibly coming through drains). Also instructions were not very clear on where to find the apartment. Spent time late at night searching

Only sitting horseback with the statue of Saint Joan would have offered a better view!

I think that it would be impossible to find a better location in Orleans. We loved the view and the lively neighborhood. Great restaurants just outside the front door were a plus as well as access to the tram.

Cooking in the tiny kitchen was a challenge... so we just ate out more.

Good location, cute place, but no elevator

There is no elevator. We have 6 suitcases. That was the worst part of this stay. If there is a bottle of mineral water will be helpful. Very thirsty after walking up to the apartment from ground floor.

Beautiful appartment in the heart of Orleans

We were pleasantly surprised by this wonderful apartment. The location cannot be better; views on the central square. Very nice decorated, good beds, beautiful place to stay, highly recommended.

Maybe good to mention that it is on the second floor (50 stairs, no elevator). But that is part of the charme of the old building.
