Very nice, quiet area in the countryside. Quick driving distance to a few restaurants and shopping in the area. Not as much traffic and not as busy as the more touristy areas so very relaxing. The property itself is nice and quaint, the decor was pretty and very Balianese. Lots of space, could comfortably fit 3 people, ideal for a small family. The kitchen and outdoor areas were nice and comfortable. The pool was a nice size and surprisingly deep which was nice and kept very cool. Nice huge bathtub/bathroom. Everything looks just as advertised, maybe slightly worn but nice. Surprisingly, even with all the nature around(trees) there weren’t many bugs and especially no mosquitoes, only the occasional ant or two in the bathroom area because I kept the window cracked open. I wouldn’t suggest bringing too much food into the room. Very quiet property even though the villas were close I couldn’t hear my neighbor. Good food selection on the menu and it was delicious. Drinks were nice and strong, they did not water them down, you get your money’s worth. Relaxing countryside feel and beautiful views surrounding the area. Relaxing and pretty ambiance. Not a 5 star hotel feel but definitely cozy especially after a long day of touring the many sites in the area. very safe, I would stay here again.
Beautiful property but maybe a little more upkeep is needed. Slightly dusty in the room and little bits of trash in the grass around the pool area. Not a huge deterrent, just an observation. Private but also not. There was a fence behind the pool area where you get beautiful views of the rice fields and ducks but there are people living in the area behind there so they could see you getting into the pool and hanging out back. I wish there was a outdoor curtain or something for a bit more privacy. Their properties aren’t directly behind the villas but as soon as someone walks into the fields they can see you. Nobody bothers you but it’s nice to have a bit more privacy. For the kitchen area, the utensils aren’t kept there but I believe they will bring you those items on request. I was disappointed because I wanted the flowers in the tub but I believe that is something I may have had to request ahead of time. The included breakfast was not a wide selection of items, either omelette or pancakes with 1 tea and 1 drink. Nothing to really fill you up so you would have to purchase more items off of the menu. Overall still a nice stay, especially for the affordability.

Rooms were not clean at all. Spider webs were found on bed and back wall as well. Break fast was very average.
Staff and location were the only positive. Attached a photo of the bed which was taken after several requests to clean those spider webs

The room is spacious, clean and facilities also great. The wifi and hot water are all works. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The checked in process very smoothly and fast. Exactly what you need when you are tired and need to get rest. The garden and pool are also beautiful. Love everything about this place ! Will definitely get back !

Location was good. The staff is really good and helpful. It was a pleasant stay.
I had a stay for 4 nights. Breakfast menu was same every day with very limited options. Washroom facilities could have been more better.

Ok budget accommodation.
The jongolo is fine but there was no lock on one window, meaning zero security.
The staff are friendly but not really helpful. They are all young and are required to call their offsite manager for any little thing. It made my stay difficult.
The rooms near the road are very loud and the breakfast is very poor (very little and poorly made).

Nothing to stay anything.
I stayed with two young kids for four days. The room could have been cleaner. Small room, No floormate, torn towel, dirty pool, and the toilet and wash basin are also not sanitary.

Nothing special
Not at all. First no one clean my room, no drinking water and no wifi. I need to asked the staff many times about everything ( room cleaning, pool hasn’t cleaned and also no toilet paper) so pity,

We ate breakfast in Warung Mandi, next to our accommodation as part of our stay. A decent selection for breakfast and food was very good.
The staff were excellent - very polite and did everything they could to ensure we had a great stay.
The Wi-Fi could have been a bit stronger in our Villa, however, this was not much of an issue for us.

1. Very helpful and sweet staff.
2. Even though the restaurant had very few options in menu, the food served were very tasty.
1. Availability of hot water at night was an issue as the bath tub could hardly be filled with hot water.
2. Quality of beds.
