Beautiful, heritage building with huge apartments including large living areas. Great for families.

The building was beautiful and the apartment was really big. The biggest serviced apartment I have stayed in so it was great for a family to have big bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living area. It was also lovely and clean and comfortable.

The car park was hard to get in and out of but that is typical. There weren’t many car parks and parking out the front was two hour limits until 5pm - it didn’t affect us much as we weren’t there much in the day but would be a problem if you wanted to leave cars park out the front during the day.

Beautiful, comfortable base for a weekend away to explore Ballarat.

Fantastic location, walking distance to shops, restaurants etc. Beautiful, well laid out and clean room.

No ice cube tray or pens in the room. Also coffee mugs were the size of a small bucket. Only things I could think to complain about 😏

All excellent, except mattresses / beds not firm enough for us.

My suite was lovely. Bed was very comfortable and great location. Chocolates were divine. My only thought would be better lighting in the bathroom and didn’t like the coffees but apart from that fantastic

Perfectly lovely. Wish we could have stayed for longer.

We loved how the room was appointed. Comfortable with a touch of glamour. We wanted warmth and comfort and it did not disappoint at all!

Maybe paint the raw timber attaching the towel rail to the wall!

Disappointing

Toilet didn’t flush properly. Dirty cups not washed when room was cleaned. Not enough storage space. Only 1 key between 2 of us.

Disappointing as a Luxury Apartment facilities were extremely underwhelming.

Didn’t want to leave. The most beautiful place I’ve ever stayed.

Stunning room in an amazing heritage building. Was extremely comfortably appointed with kitchenette but next level with beautiful bedding, pillows, chandelier and fireplace.

Possibly instructions left for the fire but once contacted, a staff member called in and got it sorted for us.
