Easy location and parking, clean comfortable beds,
Given cold Ballarat nights an electric blanket on the beds would be nice.

Location and access to the room was easy
4.5
Clean, tidy and close to the main attraction of why we were in Ballarat
Fridge was too small for a family staying more than one night
4.5
Great location and modern facilities. We have stayed before and will book again.
Friendly staff who helped us with a patron that parked in our car park. The situation was resolved quickly,

Clean, warm and spacious. easy access to central Ballarat. Quiet location

This is a great room to stay in. Fresh warm and clean. Very inviting
I didn't like the toxic shock I went into after eating contaminated food in the pub/restaurant next door. After what happened to me I'm considering contacting the health Dept. I thought I was dying 45min after eating my 1st meal of the day. Plz beware

location.
insects in the room an over the bed.
3.0
Location also the two beds in the one room for our family
No communication before we arrived. We had to ask the adjoining hotel for help to be let into our room as we didn't know our hotel number or security code to get in. Extremely poor communication and organisational ability. We were lucky we arrived when the Pub was still open and a staff member went above and beyond to help us.

The location was perfect for us. Heater worked well and the shower was great.
plenty of space and well appointed
The bed was terrible and has a huge sag in the middle. Door lock scanner is old and faded so it took a few attempts for it to read properly.
5.0
Very convenient location for getting to anywhere around Ballarat.
Parking is close to rooms.
If staying for a few days or more it's great having the kitchen and laundry facilities.
Easy checkin with a keypad and cleaning lady super friendly.
No complaints

Shower, looked good, but needs work, leaking from joins in fittings and the large overhead shower head was noisy, I mean too noisy to use and the switch to change from the shower head to the hand held shower rose was higher than most people can reach.

The place was great value and clean. The place had wifi and netflix which was handy.
Sunroofs over the beds. We woke up at 5am every morning with kids and was very hard to put them to sleep as it was light until 9. I would consider blinds over these. Room right behind a pub so quite loud at night.
4.0
large size, well laid out and lovely colours
sky lights over the 2 beds (and no way to block out early sun)
that tv remotes turned on/ off for the one in the other room (very annoying!)
4.5
was really clean and comfortable
5.0
Really modern, nice, comfortable and affordable property. A but outside of town but we booked this location deliberately.
4.0
location was close to central town.
quiet, neat.
The front door lock was a bit temperamental.
4.0
Loved the location and ease of finding it just off the main road, Quiet and having meals available next door is always a plus after a big day out. The two beds is a bonus allowing a restful night sleep as we are used to king size at home.
This is the second time here and we did notice that the carpets are looking a little worn now. Could do with a refresh soon but this won’t prevent us from staying again
5.0
Comfortable, good amenities, clean and it feels like upmarket proper hotel rooms.
There was nothing to dislike.
5.0
Clean and tidy and location was perfect
All was perfect.
