Great Staff hospitality. Would definitely call in again.

I really liked the friendly staff who made us feel at home and the food.

Balcony was a bit too small, no other Facilities apart from the swimming pool and poker machine room.

GI is in a central location and it's easy and convenient to get around. Hotel staff are friendly.

The earthquake disrupting the undersea cabling service which resulted in internet disruptions.

The bed. The bed had cheap frames and fell off. We had to fix the bed numerous times.

Facilities excellent, staff, polite and helpful, overall I enjoyed my stay

Free wifi has to be improved. Kept on asking for the password. It would be convenient to have a business center set up on location

Wont be staying there again.

Close proximity to golf course. Not much else.

Cold showers everyday. Breakfast buffet limited, poorly cook and the same everyday. No towels in room after cleaning as they ran out. ATM empty from the Friday through to Monday morning. Isolated from other facilities without a vehicle. Pick up from airport choatic with bags and golf clubs thrown into back of utility and pick up was not at airport when we arrived.
