La luz de la cocina hay que cambiarla porque no se ve nada y tambien pondria un perchero en el cuarto para poder colgar la ropa.

Rectified our BIG issue, which is what matters

The apartment was sparkling clean. The beds (including fold away) were well made and the AC was already on when we arrived - but we were to find issue that night with AC in a hot Milan, which would be rectified.

The AC failed some time in the evening. To their credit when I requested someone check the AC, they had someone there within half an hour (at 9:30’at night). Now I admit I was panicking / sweat dripping off me with past experiences- expectations in Italy. The guy who came was very professional, stepped through the issue and fixed it within 15 minutes and we enjoyed a cool nights sleep before tackling the melting sidewalks of Milano the next day! “It’s not about what happens, but how you respond”. A/c was broken. If you arrive to a hot apartment, be wary.

The location was ideal, but that was the only thing I found desirable about this apartment.

When we arrived at the apartment, it was extremely hot. We went to turn on the a/c and the fans were not working. We mentioned it to the hosts and they said it would just take time. Four hours later, the apartment was just as hot, so we reached out again, and they sent someone to check on it. He was able to get the fan moving and assured it would be fixed. He left and 3 hours later when we returned, the apartment was just as hot. We called and they were not able to help us at 10:30 PM, so we were left in a hot apartment all night. We couldn’t ventilate by opening the windows as it was raining, so were left in a hot apartment all night and no one rested well. The apartment itself was adequate, but the conditions made for a very unpleasant stay. Be advised when you’re booking on this website that the apartments pictured as not necessarily where you’ll land. They rent out a multitude of places, and you don’t know exactly which one you’ll end up staying in when you book. The unit I specifically had a poor experience with was via’dell orso 18, 2 bedroom apartment.

This apartment is clean, comfortable and in a fantasitic location.

The location of the property is fantastic, it’s walking distance to the Duomo and castle, as well as the Brera area which was amazing for food options.

The property is small comparative to others we stayed across Italy but is to be expected given it is inner city.

It was great!

It’s spacious, good for the Family. Plus the Apartment is near the Tourist spots and Grocery Store. Frederick was also very accomodating and kudos to the team.

The shower knobs are difficult to locate the hot/cold and the baththub is leaking. Maybe from the grout (silicone).

Excellent place, central and also good on budget

Everything was exceptional, the communication with the management was superb throughout. Actually, I had a booking with another place but then when I booked this place their communication made me so comfortable that I immediately cancelled the other option. The place itself was very chic and modern, all items were provided and when I requested an extra key, they were happy to provide which eventually I declined as we were there for couple of days only. Thanks for a memorable stay.

Well, nothing to say here as that would be unfair to the property.

Great central location stay in a lovely suite

The room was lovely and very spacious. The hotel was in a great central location to the cathedral and shops.

the only thing I would mention was the staff shouting at us in Italian for being too noisy, although they manage the building only, not the room itself

Apartamento muy bien decorado, equipado y ubicado

Los apartamentos están muy bien, habíamos contratado uno, al llegar vimos que no había agua caliente, intentaron solucionarlo, pero ante la posibilidad de que se retrasara, directamente nos cambiaron de apartamento, en el mismo edificio, pero siendo mucho mejor la segunda opción. Más grande, muy bien decorado y muy cómodo. Estaba muy limpio. Les damos un 10 de profesionalidad para resolver la incidencia, siendo muy positivo el cambio para nosotros. La ubicación es muy buena, en el centro,

Nice location, slightly on the small side but this was expected for a Milan apartment.

Single toilet bathroom, not enough amenities for 5 people however it was clean and cozy.

Via M. Camperio, 17 – Milano

Fantastic location! Very close to Duomo. Loved how we were allowed to leave our luggage at the main office in Piazza della Repubblica as we arrived early allowing us to explore Milan immediately. Federico was very polite & helpful. He answered any questions we had. Apartment was perfect & very clean. Loved the terrace & outdoor table area. Will definitely be staying here again.

Very clean, modern and had everything needed .Davide was great, a bit of confusion with entry but my fault and Davide was straight there to help. Property was in great location to everything.

Maybe some milk for tea, coffee would be nice but not a problem.

Location is perfect. Every main attraction is close and you can easily walk there. The apartment is very clean. Would definitely recommend and I would stay here again if Im back in Milan!

Very nice place and host answered promptly when we needed

Clean well kept place. Walkable to via Dante and all that has to offer..food shopping. Lots Gelato places and of course Duomo

Can't get a cab easily... we had lot of luggage that needed pushed on main road for three blocks..not easy. Uber wait was 90 minutes..so I recommend plan to have uber 90 minutes ahead

We love the location, the unit is very spacious, they have kitchen which is good for traveling with kids. Theres elevator in the building.

- the shower and the tap werent working properly. - the mattress needed to be replaced as we could feel the suspension.
