Overall I believe you whole book this hotel . We were able to check in early and even got an ocean view room .

I love how it was in close range to everything . We were in the heart of Puerto Rico I would say .

Our toilet kept getting clogged and making a weird gulping sound . Also our air thermometer stopped working . Someone did come out everytime we called but looks like the fixes were only temporary

Expensive but good location

Comfortable beds and spacious room in the king suite of the blue tower, very convenient location, nice staff

Expensive for that it is. Too much noise outside and from the other rooms, the guy who checked us in gave me incorrect information about the deposit and never told us the hotel offered free chairs at the beach, he also didn’t tell us which elevator to take and we went to the wrong tower, he just didn’t give any of the important information out upon checking in.

Paring is two expensive it should be included it was 25 dollars per car plus tax we end up paying almost 60 dollars per parking. Most hotels is free , I paid for one once and it was ten dollars.

The details matter

Location and staff were pleasant and gave exceptional service. The check-in and check-in were both seamless, and both desks agents were welcoming, helpful, and very efficient.

We entered our room to the sound of a very loud drip from the shower. We tried to turn it off but couldn't. We reported it and were told that someone would come to fix it. When we got back that evening, it still wasn't fixed. We called the front desk again and were told that the maintenance would come in the morning. At first they said that they couldn't give us another room, then later we were offered a standard room. We had a room with an ocean view and two queen size beds and didn't want to get a standard room, so we decided to suffer through it. So we had to listen to that loud drip that night, plus the room was hot. We couldn't adjust the AC unit. We again made a report at the front desk the next day and reminded them about the drip. When we got back that night, the room was noticeable a bit cooler, and the drip was gone. We were happy, however when we tried to bathe the water was boiling hot. We had to do so much to get water that wouldn't burn our skin off. If it wasn't for those two things, I would have said exceptional.

Comfortable and clean hotel. Perfect location, central to everything in Condado.

Location was central to everything including restaurants, shops, beach, and the park. Parking was convenient and located off of Magdalena Ave. with the guest entry off the back of the hotel.

Great location

Cleaning was inconsistent. Didn’t get a bath mat until my very last day. Hand towels were sometimes forgotten. I took good care of my room and always made my bed myself so made it “easy” for them but that might’ve made them miss things. The pool area was really nice but the chairs could get a clean as well

I recommend reviewing your options in the condado area and do your homework to something that suits

Overall my experience was great but I won't rebook.

The room service could've been better they constantly forgot to include daily essentials having to call the front desk often. In a 3 plus stay a second bathroom should be something to consider. One bathroom was hard for 3 females constantly showering, makeup and doing our hair. Also the shower keep opening in room 1414. t. I don't understand why the breakfast isn't include due to the hotels low count of amenities. The breakfast was incredible specially the oatmeal. I deposit fee was collected of $150 and I will only get back $32 the rest applied on breakfast.

Felt well rested when I left

It was clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. I had a really good sleep

The pool is small and there were no stocked mini bars. The service in the grill bar wasn’t great.

No me gusto

Mal servicio, no se hizo el aseo de la habitacion dos dias a pesar que lo reportamos, el sofa cama no contaba con ropa de cama(sabanas) se solicitaron 2 veces por telefono y tuvimos que bajar por ellas personalmente.

Got stuck on an elevator for 15min with my four month baby and the manager was less than sympathetic

Good location and close old San Juan

Oceanview room with a small but nice balcony. Staff was helpful and house keeping was excellent.

Noisy hallway while sleeping it seems as though there is no sound proof walls and I could hear people talking very loud.

Vacation in P.R!

Front desk staff was exceptional and prime location. Not far from Old San juan, la Placita an other locations. Beach one block away. Walgreen and CVS right across the street and all restaurants and shops around the block from the hotel. Two casino's in either direction 3 blocks from hotel.

Housekeeping wasn't up to par. Didn't clean our room one time even though we told the front desk and we heard her call to tell them. Also for some strange reasons when they did they always forget to replace our wash cloths and floor mat towels.They only left towels. We went through this for the four day's we were there.

Wouldn’t stay here again ..

Property can be better honestly .. Lobby’s furniture is outdated and things can be improved. I think we were put in the better side of the hotel .

AC in our room couldn’t be controlled or turned off .. I called a few times for an extra blanket because it was freezing in the room and I called the front desk to ask for an engineer to come check the ac and the shower because water went all over the bathroom when showering .. No one ever came! I couldn’t believe it.. and I called several times too . Finally I went down to the front desk to ask for a blanket because I couldn’t sleep because it was just too cold in my room past midnight.. The front desk clerk looked puzzled but said that she would get me one, and she did . The service must be upgraded for sure .. The hotel rates are not cheap and the service should be to par too ..

Nice but with small inconveniences

It was a block away from beach and had a Walgreens and CVS right across the street. The pool and hot tubs were well maintained. Our room was very clean, the shower had great water pressure, bed was comfortable.

The hotel has 2 towers but only one tower has an ice machine, was very inconvenient! Pool never had clean towels. After long flight we were starving and had our first meal, lunch, at hotel restaurant, it was over priced and very bland! Thankfully, many restaurants/cafés nearby. The 2 elevators were a little sketchy and during day 2 specific house keepers would ride it up and down for several minutes without getting off, having conversations to the irritation and inconvenience to guest; this happened often.

I love the hot tub, great size heat and access. the Step out balcony is enough to see it all beach view. city life. I stayed in newer building.

Towel shortage. Parking is expensive for a room with so many service fees and isn't cheap per night. paid over $400 for each night. there are 2 building one is newer than the other, I earned that last year and prices were cheaper last year.

Great location, accommodating staff and soggy room.

We were here for one night before flying out of the San Juan Airport. The front desk accommodated an earlier check-in and late check-out as my mother was not feeling well. We were able to get her settled into her room early. Unfortunately, we were unable to enjoy the area very much. We obtained some soup and rice at a local restaurant, and Walgreens across the street was a plus (they have some great souvenirs). The beach looked beautiful from a distance and the hotel pool was crowded. The lobby was spacious and the many seating areas made it convenient while waiting for our airport transportation.

Since we were in the room more than outdoors, I can share about the room. The room was clean and spacious. It had new flooring, an updated bathroom, and nice window shades to block the sun. However, after some time in the room, the air conditioner leaked and puddled on the floor. The rug around the beds was retaining moisture and was always wet. Because of the constant humidity in the room, you could not walk barefoot, it was a concern that my mother would slip, especially in the bathroom. Our room did not have a coffee machine, as it should have. I tried to call the front desk, but the telephones in the room were not working. I tried to call from my cell, and no one answered at the front desk. The following day I could reach the front desk to request a coffee machine, but we waited over an hour and ended up going to the downstairs cafe.

Disappointing

The location is the best thing about the hotel, the rooms are spacious and modern

This is my second time i stay there and it was so much worse than the first time, they were switching from best western to Hilton, and the were changing so many things in such an unorganized way, they even forgot to clean our room one day, and i had to go to the reception 4 times to change keys cause doors weren't opening due to the lock changes. The work on the doors was loud and messy. There were no beach towels so we had to take bathroom towels to the pool and beach. It was not good

Decent but probably wouldn’t stay again, due to management not handling theft from their staff properly.

Clean, nice location

Hard to get towels, I just end up buying some m. Asked house keeping to just make bed she went looking in the closet through our stuff and stole my perfume.
