OUR SANTA FE HOME IS READY TO GO AND WE WOULD LOVE TO TREAT YOU TO THE "SANTA FE" EXPERIENCE!!!! PLEASE READ FURTHER AND FEEL FREE TO ASK US ANY QUESTIONS YOU MIGHT HAVE.🌶🌶🌶🌶🌶🌶🌶🌶🌶🌶🌶
We are located in a newer, safe, residential neighborhood. We have the best location ever, being only 10 to 15 minutes to the Santa Fe Plaza, 5 minutes to shopping centers and movies, less than 5 minutes to Santa Fe Airport, and 599, and if flying into Albuquerque, only a short 45 minutes. Our home is very special to us, since we had it built 14 years ago, and in 2019 fulfilled our dream of offering it on VRBO to others. (We also have a Chalet Style Cabin, in ANGEL FIRE, NEW MEXICO, VRBO#107491. We have had it on VRBO FOR 16 YEARS, so we are no strangers to VRBO RENTALS, and what our GUESTS LIKE!!!!)
Our ADOBE RETREAT has Southwest Art and Charm throughout the home, with a Santa Fe Theme in each room. There are VIGAS and a KIVA FIREPLACE in the living room, plus a 55 inch flat screen TV. The living room is cozy and comfortable. The KIVA fireplace and living room will make for a perfect area to relax and visit, or to watch a movie or favorite show.
The kitchen is separated from living area with a snack bar, and two stools. The kitchen itself has a table that will seat 4. There are so many FANTASTIC places to eat in Santa Fe, but if you decide to eat at home and save money, our kitchen, or gas grill in our backyard, is ready to go!! The kitchen itself has a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and more. It is stocked with plenty of pots, pans, utensils, and everything you would need to cook, other than the food! There is a coffee pot for your early morning wakeups, plus complimentary coffee.
Our adobe casita has 3 bedrooms. The Master Bedroom has a KING BED, and its own private bath. There is an outside entrance to the Master Bedroom, in case a late night sneak peek of the stars is desired! The second bedroom has a QUEEN SIZE BED, and the third, smaller bedroom, also has a DOUBLE BED, plus a small desk for any “at home workers”. Each bedroom has their own flat screen TV, for individual bedroom viewing.
We have a full size washer and dryer, located off the hall.
We have a nice driveway, in front of our 2 car garage. (so sorry folks, the garage is for our storage only) There is plenty of room on the driveway for your vehicles, giving you the confident feeling your vehicles are not on a street, and only a short distance to our front door, when carrying in luggage, groceries, etc.
Our large backyard is fenced, with an area for relaxing and eating. The fencing in the backyard makes it safe and fun for any little ones wanting to play, plus, the back yard gives plenty of PRIVACY for eating and grilling, socializing, or just relaxing with a cocktail, under our Veranda. There is a common area behind our home with trees and a trail!!!! It’s a great place to hike or bike, so be sure and bring your bicycles!!!!!
We provide all the clean linens and towels, plus two hairdryers, an iron, and an ironing board. Just bring yourselves and your suitcases!!!
Visiting SANTA FE, and staying at our ADOBE house, you will be able to enjoy not only our relaxing, SOUTHWEST decorated home, but the MAGICAL EXPERIENCE OF SANTA FE, with all its museums, galleries, shopping, restaurants, arts and crafts, spas, opera, SOUTHWEST CUISINE, and in the wintertime, even skiing, at their awesome SKI RESORT. “Come one, come all, and enjoy this spiritual adventure!!!”
(PLEASE NOTE TOTAL OCCUPANCY IS 6, AND THIS INCLUDES KIDS AND INFANTS. KIDS MUST BE SUPERVISED DUE TO THE BREAKABLE SOUTHWEST DECORE AND FURNISHINGS). No 2 night stays unless last minute and an extra charge.

Our stay at this home was excellent. Although small and located in a very nice subdivision, the house is well appointed 3-BR / 2 BA home. It was very well-suited for my partner and I. Two couples could have managed well. The back terraced outdoor area was lovely in the morning sun and very private. This home is only 5 minutes from the Santa Fe airport, and really convenient to anywhere we wanted to go. We'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

Homey and comfy, with fun Santa Fe style (love the traditional fireplace!) my daughter and I had everything we needed for a "girls" getaway. Easy drive to the downtown Plaza during the day, and to the Opera in the evening, it made the perfect home base for our stay. We especially enjoyed sipping coffee and hanging out each morning on the covered patio. And we both would happily return for another stay!
Thank you Becky and Jim

The house was immaculate and had all the amenities that we needed. The decor was true southwest and is very inviting. Our host Becky was over the top and was very truly helpful, from finalizing our rental agreement to checking to see if our trip and arrival went well. The location was very near to the highways to quickly get into the city ( Santa Fe Plaza) and a short drive to Albuquerque. If you are a day hiker, like us, there are many trailheads located nearby. We rate this an AA++.

This location was the best of both worlds. We could have a nice dinner out, then return to a quiet neighborhood where we were able to take walks every evening. It was only 15 minutes to the Plaza, and Mille was easy to access for morning croissants and coffee. All of the food we had in Santa Fe was amazing, too much to list here but Jambo was a standout :)
Master bedroom was clean, fresh bedding, bathroom spotless. Mattress was fine, lighting was good for reading.
The house was very clean and had air conditioning, which was welcome after our evening walks.
We cooked and grilled a few nights so we could enjoy the back dining area, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the outdoor seating area is lovely and private, with just enough afternoon shade to make it comfortable.
Quiet, family neighborhood, safe, next to the golf course so somewhat sparsely populated, just a nice place all around. We will definitely come back again, hopefully soon! Thank you!!

We enjoyed our stay visiting family in the area, close enough to downtown and not far from Bandelier and Meow Wolf excusions as well as other hiking trails. Great outdoor meal space and privacy

It was so nice to relax in this quiet and comfortable home after a day of being out on the town. We enjoyed sitting out at the table on the covered patio with hors d'oeuvres and a glass of wine before dinner or having our morning coffee out there. It was very hot during our stay but the house was a nice temperature and the mornings and evenings were pleasant outside. It was so nice for each of the 3 of us to have our own room for the price of one hotel room we would have had to share! The beds were very comfortable. We will definitely be back next time we volunteer at the International Folk Art Marketplace (IFAM).

The overall stay was quite nice Neat Southwestern decor. Having three private rooms was great. Very comfortable, except we found ants in

Beautiful and comfortable 3 bedroom was well stocked and comfortable for us all to have our own bedroom. Nice outdoor patio with fun lights. Kitchen well equipped, although we didn’t cook. Lots of blankets and pillows available and heating Ac worked a treat! Only thing is a 15-17 minute drive outside downtown Santa Fe. No coffee shop or grocery near by. Priced correctly and worth the drive! Owners very helpful.

Wonderful stay in this lovely home, with even more gracious hosts!! Becky was exactly communicative enough - we felt cared for and looked after, but also left alone to enjoy our stay. She provided us with great directions, a few local recommendations, and the clean up instructions were easy and clear.
Be aware when you're driving into town that 599 is the route to take - Google Maps may try to point you down Cerrillos Road, which is pretty suburban, but 599 is very scenic.
Thank you, Becky and Jim - we'll see you next time!

The home was very comfortable and clean. We had plenty of room, and the kitchen was well equipped. The location worked well for us, too, not too far away from any of the things we wanted to do. The hosts were very helpful with suggestions about the area and things to do that would appeal to my teens. Santa Fe is a fantastic city to visit, and I know we only scratched the surface. And this home is a wonderful rental to enjoy it all from.

The property was just like the original pictures indicated. Upon arrival, we entered the property and saw that everything was clean and in perfect condition. There were plenty of amenities throughout. The kitchen has sufficient pots and pans. Each bath was provided with ample towels etc. We certainly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone needing a home away from home.

We used this house as a central location for family activities in Albuquerque, for visiting several National Parks/Forests, and exploring Santa Fe. Its location made it super easy to hop on the highways, but it’s also in a quiet neighborhood. The covered patio was a lovely place to start & end our days. The neighborhood walking paths were a plus!

This place was perfect. Quiet location with easy access to old Santa Fe. The three bedrooms are all very nice with comfortable beds. Really nice back patio with barbecue and table and chairs. Great kitchen and living room. Hosts Becky and Jim are very responsive and helpful.

Easy to find, great communication and a great place to stay.

Stayed for 5 nights with one adult and three kids. Place was nice. Having two bathrooms made it easy to get that task done. Check in and communication were easy and great.
Close to a few stores when needed. Close to major road to get to Ski Santa Fe. Took about 40 minutes to get to the ski area. Half of that was just getting up the mountain.

We stayed at this property over the New Year's break and enjoyed it. First of all, the check-in process is easy, and the communication from the host is next level - they respond immediately. Second, the location is very nice and safe in a cute little neighborhood. The house is in New Mexican style, adding to the vacation experience. The master bedroom is large and nice, with a comfy mattress. The two other rooms are still a good size. We cooked a lot and enjoyed having laundry on-site. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

We spent four wonderful days in Santa Fe!! The reason for our visit was to spend time with our 95 year old uncle and enjoy all the beauty that Santa Fe offers.
Our hosts, Becky and Jim are fantastic, this was our second time to stay in their home with is truly an oasis. We felt perfectly at home and this made our trip even more special. When we head back out to Santa Fe, we will certainly plan to stay at their VRBO again.
Many thanks to Becky and Jim for making their home such a wonderful place everything was perfect!!.

Three friends from different states reunited in Santa Fe to visit another mutual friend who just turned 90. We very much enjoyed the coziness and comfort of having a 3 bedroom house. And the back yard patio saw lots of use. I would love to return to the house again.

Met our adult sons in Santa Fe over Memorial Day. Came to attend our son's concert with the local wind ensemble. We really enjoyed this home. Beds were comfortable and neighborhood quiet, so everyone slept well. Enjoyed dinners and breakfasts on the patio. Kitchen well stocked with dishes and utensils for cooking. Not far from restaurants and other amenities. Hiking trails nearby. Owners were very easy to contact and quickly responded to our questions. We hope to stay again when we are in town for the next concert.

We enjoyed our stay at this property! It was comfortale, clean, thoughtfully furnished with ample dishes, glassware, silverware, cookware, and useful small appliances. Too cold to use back patio and grill but look forward to enjoying the back yard next visit! Great property!

We had a lovely time at this house for a long girl's weekend. It's about a 15 minute drive to downtown Santa Fe, but was a perfect size for our group. The house is well-maintained and the owner very communicative. Recommend!

Home was cozy and comfortable. The beds were top notch and I slept very well. Patio was very pleasant and there were plenty of blankets to throw over our shoulders on chilly mornings and cool evenings. WiFi was easy to access and worked well. Kitchen well stocked with plenty of dishes. Neighborhood was very quiet. We were going to an event at the fairgrounds, house was a few miles from it but an easy drive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Becky and Jim were great hosts, very responsive and checked in with us before and after our stay to make sure everything was satisfactory.

We couldn't have been happier with our stay in Santa Fe. The house was wonderful, the owners were fantastic to work with, it just couldn't have been better.
We are confirmed VRBO clients for all of our future trips.
Thanks so much for this wonderful experience.

Charming Southwestern Style home- everything you need.
The home was lovely, tasteful and colourful in New Mexican decor, very clean and new. Beds were fresh and very comfortable, great bathrooms, and the backyard table and setting was perfect to enjoy a cocktail, dinner and gather together in the sun or shade. Enjoyed morning walks in the quiet neighbourhood. You are quite a distance from the plaza and many sights, just good to go eateries and stores nearby.

Cozy family retreat spot
This cottage was just right for our family of 3 adults. It was convenient to grocery shop not far away as well as to jump on nearby travel routes to hiking, shopping and exploring other NM areas. The neighborhood is very quiet especially at night. We really enjoyed the front and back porch areas to relax, chat or eat. Everything was clean and comfortable and exactly as described!

Cute little house in nice neighborhood.
The property was as advertised. The owners very nice and responsive. Beds were comfortable. Nice outdoor areas. The kitchen was a little small for four adults fixing dinner but we all ate well! Definitely recommend.

Great family home!
This home is a nice neighborhood, fun to walk around. With 3 bedrooms and 2 baths it’s great for families. The decor is very Southwestern and comfortable. It’s not that close to the Plaza but very drivable.

Lovely Casita
This is a great little house. Perfect for us. I didn’t realize the area was as far as it is from downtown but it is a nice area and we felt very safe. I’m sure when the patio is finished, it will be very nice in the fenced area. Two of our party took a drawn bath and over taxed the hot water heater so keep that in mind and stagger baths/showers. One suggestion would be to have at least a “starter” supply of wood for guests. The kiva is great and puts out very nice heat.

Awesome experience!
Highly recommend this property.
