Wonderful villa, but it was freezing cold.
It's a big villa with 2 spacious floors, lovely yard, great location. Good kitchen, comfortable beds. Lania is a beautiful village and that royal oak next to the villa is something special. Communication with the owner was very good and helpful.
We came in February, when there was snow up the troodos mountains. It was freezing. There's no air-condition and the central heating was not enough. We slept with our thermal clothes and jackets on. George brought us extra blankets the next day, it was better. But still, the villa itself was just too cold. That wooden floor, it's lovely, but it's so noisy in every step. If you are a light sleeper, it's no good.

Pleasant
Too expensive for what it offers and shows signs of neglect. Although the owner was friendly and helpful and the house was clean, I would never rent recommend it to anyone. It is clear the owner does not take care of the details. The garden pavement at the entrance is very damaged, the garden at the back although big is a patch of white gravel and no green. The kitchen is ill-equipped (missing the basics) and the bed sheets do not fit the beds always. The couch that turns to a double bed is very uncomforyable and broken.

Very poor
The location on Booking was wrong, the landlord told us that he sent us an email with the correct location but we never received the email at all! I texted 3 days before we went to the House on Viber and ask If the woods for the fireplace was included but I never get an answer, and my message was seen! The heating has a limite temperature you could set, and the limit was too low for the cold nights as a result we get cold at night! Also at the Facilities writes that bathroom items (shampoos etc) was included BUT was one type of soap for all (shower gel, hand soap, shampoo)! I would not recommend it !!
