Excelente custo benefício em Cusco

Estadia foi ótima com bom custo benefício, destaque para a localização e do staff (o senhor que nos atendeu quando chegamos e a noite era muito legal). Além disso, nos deram ótimas dicas de onde viajar em Cusco.

O que foi diferente foi o fato de você ter que prepara o próprio café da manhã, mas entendo que as coisas em Cusco são cedo, o que atrapalha a logística do Hotel

The small apartment unit selected was ideal for my stay. Clean & comfortable; warm & accommodating staff. Casona La Recoleta is just a 5 min. walk to Plaza de Armas in Cuzco's Central Historic Area...the picture taken is from the living/kitchen area.

The Best Hotel in Cusco- Perfect 2 night Stay

My family stayed here for 2 nights. Owner very very nice and accommodating. Facility very clean. Bountiful breakfast was provided in the room. Apartment we stayed at more than adequate for a family of 5. Location close to everything. Customer service AAA+++. Will definitely recommend to friends. We had a perfect 2 night stay.

Lovely apartment in central cuzco

Gorgeous garden and property. Lovely apartment with a kitchen and a fireplace. apartment was very comfortable.

The walk to the hotel is stressful with bags. would recommend taking a cab.

Great location. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. I did a 5 day trek to Machu Picchu and they allowed me to keep my luggage at the accommodation whilst I was away.

Casona la Recoleta was a pearl in Cusco

The hotel apartment was amazing and very special, located in a peaceful garden but yet in the heart of the city. The crew were very helpful and kind. If we return to Cusco we will for sure stay there again.

Amazing inn and amazing staff

The pictures on the site don't do it justice to how beautiful the inn is, from its rooms and the grounds. Nuria is a really sweet lady who cares so much about how comfortable your stay is. Edi is always there to open the door for you no matter how late you come back. The rooms are absolutely clean and comfortable with breathtaking views. We stayed in apartment A2 and we loved it. Thank you for everything. Next time when we are back in Cusco, we will be looking for reservations with you.

Superb

Rooms were spacious and had all the amenities we needed, even had a fireplace. Materials for breakfast were placed in our room every afternoon so we could prepare it whatever time we needed it. Staff was helpful and friendly. We left the hotel for a few nights in between and they stored our luggage for free and had them already in our room when we checked in again.

located on a very narrow one way street so a few of our tours couldn’t pick up/ drop off at the door and we had to walk to the street corner. not a big deal but could be inconvenient if you are lugging a lot of luggage. rooms next to the road are noisy from street traffic.

Amazing staff, nice and calming place to stay, absolutely beautiful!

We are a family of 5 adults, fit perfectly. The living room had a chimney which was offered to be turned on at night, although we did not need it because the blankets were very warm. The staff was amazing a Spanish women (I believe her name was Lucia was so friendly) and then at night Augustine was the most helpful person you could ask for. In the morning a gentleman was present and helped us with our bags. They left a basket of eggs, fresh break, jam, butter and cheese in the fridge so we would have food the next morning to cook ourselves which was perfect for us. They also had salt, pepper and oil in the kitchen. I would definitely recommend staying just from the staff alone, everything else was a bonus. It was about a 5 minute walk to the center, we felt very safe and comfortable late.

It didn't bother us but in the distance you could hear music from the center playing.

Good place to stay near historical center

The apartment was very comfortable and had lots of space and amenities. There was a hot plate and all the kitchen pots and utensils which made it possibke to boil your own water, which is great as this is required in Peru.

Cusco is quite loud at night and you can hear everything from inside this apartment. The apartment also gets quite cold at night. The road to get there is sketchy to walk along as it is barely wide enough for cars to get past the pedestrians. Netflix didnt work

BEST HOTEL IN CUSCO

This hotel is fantastic and would recommend it to anybody ehobis thinking of coming to Cusco,it is in the heart of numerous Inca ruins with a magnificent view of the mountains. Best hotel I've stayed in Peru. 10/10

The rooms were comfortable, the fireplace was the perfect accessory for southern hemisphere winter. the garden charming and the staff absolutely wonderful and very helpful. High recommended and especially great for families.

Excellent place to spend several days, in the quality/price ratio they come out a very high rating

They checked us in at 6:00 am, they adapted very well to our schedules, we had a key to the house and our apartment. Very attentive and excellent place.

They did not tell us that we had the keys to the house, we intuited it when we saw the two keys.

An awesome and cozy oasis in Cusco. Awesome location within a few blocks walking of the historic area. Breakfast was yummy, especially loved the huge bowl of fresh fruits. We enjoyed the fire place in the evenings and the beautiful courtyard gardens. We would highly recommend staying here when in Cusco ❤️

Probably best place to stay in Cusco!

Huge and comfortable flat in great location. If you're a family this is probably the best place to stay in Cusco. Breakfast was left in the room for you to have by yourself. Excellent value for money and great staff.
