Practical, convenient and clean

It was close to the sporting event we attended - cruce Cancun

Sunshades on the patio without music all day Conditioner separate to shampoo Refillable water bottles Maybe a QR code instead of wristband that had a $700 charge if lost… we were in a swimming competition so wristbands get lost! Free bar was a wierd perk No mention of the race although lots of guests were attending

Desde el comienzo de la estadía el trato fue malísimo. Las instalaciones son viejas y con una decoración de hostel juvenil de viaje de egresados. Mala predisposición del personal y mala atención al cliente, faltas de respeto e incumplimiento con lo contratado. Desde el comienzo que ingresamos a la habitación había un muñeco de goma(si un muñeco) pegado en el techo y un paquete abierto de preservativos en el piso. No había bolsas ni shampoos o jabones. El aire acondicionado no se puede regular solo era la opción de apagado o prendido porque no funcionaba. Había contratado una habitación con cafetera, te, plancha, caja fuerte y no había nada de ello. Cuando fui a la recepción a comentarlo me atendió un hombre que lo unico que me decia era disculpas gracias y sonreía de una manera soberbia sin brindarme soluciones (solo dijo que cuando querríamos cambiar la temperatura llamemos a recepción que un hombre lo regularía¿?) Entonces solicite hablar con alguien responsable que no había en ese momento. Tuve que ir a la habitación y dormir con la suciedad. Al otro dia hable con un gerente y lo unico que hicieron fue cambiarme a una habitación correspondiente a lo que habia pagado originalmente con cafetera y tetera. La barra libre es de muy mala calidad y no te brindan agua, dos veces tuve inconveniente con el barman. Me trató muy mal xq no pedi el hielo y trago al mismo tiempo sino consecutivamente. Realmente me sentí muy mal hospedada en este lugar una experiencia desagradable. Eramos 11 personas y todos sentimos lo mismo. Claramente no lo recomiendo para nada. Inviertan un poco mas de dinero y vayan a un all inclusive o a zona hotelera mas cerca de playa delfines. From the beginning of the stay the treatment was very bad. The facilities are old and decorated as a youth hostel for graduates' travel. Poor predisposition of the staff and poor customer service, disrespect and non-compliance with what was contracted.

Meh.

Breakfast was really meh as there were barely any options for vegetarians. The room was not very clean and there were barely any facilities (even our shower shampoo and conditioner box was breaking apart), water wasn’t provided even though 2 bottles should be free and when we spoke to the staff about giving us bottles they were extremely rude. Overall, very disappointing stay and definitely not accurate with the reviews that we read on here.

Cumple con las expectivas , algo casual para conocer la zona hotelera

Al estar en la zona hotelera facilita el poder conocer un poco de esta zona , caminar con facilidad y poder acceder a la playa de forma cercana al hotel

El no poder abrir ventanas en la habitacion es algo que me incomoda, y hace bastante frio en las habitaciones aun apagando el aire acondicionado. debe abrigarse mucho

Horrible

It was in a good location but nothing more than that.

We came to the hotel at night just to stay for one night. We asked at the front desk what would be the price for a night. He didn’t want to tell us only after a few times that he asked to know if we already checked the price and asked for our passports. We told him that we saw that they have availability tonight and we want to know what would be the price if I do the reservation at the front desk instead of booking. After he asked to see the price we saw on booking, we didn’t tell him that but he googled it and then gave us the same price which was really weird. We ended up waiting a lot of time just to get the price! The price was 175 USD but “accidentally” he charged us 190 USD. Only after I checked my bank account I saw it and told him but even so he argued that he only charged 175. We got a room that it is certainly not worth this amount. We were glad it was only for the night and we left first thing on the morning.

It was close to everything! Room was clean and modern. The drinks at the bar where good. Nice place to stay for a couple of days.

Location was good. About 200m from the beach

Service is terrible. We lost some items when we changed rooms inside the hotel. And nobody found the items...I have never lost any item at any hotel.

The location

Everything, the staff was horrible when i checked in . The bell boy literally yelled at me saying “ put your bags down “ from the trolley he meant , the staff at the front desk are not helpful at all , i tried to reason with them to give me a few moments to check with booking.com of the money was taken or not and he took it as i have insulted him , no idea why . And when we wanted to check out the next day , they told us that if we didn’t leave at 12:pm they will charge us another night!!

Great Aloft Stay in Cancun. Everything Was Awesome. Aloft Never Disappoints!!

Everything was great. Room size and bathroom were spacious. Loved the rooftop pool. Views were beautiful. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Aloft never disappoints. I always seek them out whatever location I visit. Check-in and check-out was fast and easy. Hotel right off the beach within walking distance. Clubs, bars, restaurants all in walking distance of Hotel Zone. Staff was professional, courteous, and helpful!!

Loved the stay. Had a great time enjoying all the hotels amenities. Everything was great. No complaints from our way. We definitely will stay again. Aloft hotels never disappoint!!

The BEST place to stay if you aren’t looking for a resort!

We didn’t want to stay (or pay) at a resort because we knew we’d be out exploring a lot, so this was a perfect option for us! The location is right in the middle of the hotel zone and was a 5 minute walk from popular places (Cocobongo, Señor Frogs, etc.) as well as a supermarket, restaurants, and tourist shops. The best part was the all-inclusive bar! Staff was also very friendly and gave us great recommendations.

Underwhelming property with a gloomy atmosphere and stale smell throughout.

The location is very walkable. I liked that it wasn’t far from the strip to sight see or the airport. Walked to the beach nearby which was also nice. The location was the only good thing about this property. Everything else was a major disappointment.

The property is very gloomy and has a stale smell from the lobby and even into my room. The AC didn’t work properly and the customer service was not great. I was excited to book here bc I usually love the Aloft chain but the decision to book here turned out be a major regret. The inside of the hotel is extremely dark and it has a cold atmosphere compared to once you step out and everything is so bright and vibrant. It’s also pretty old and could use a lot of updates.

Disappointing stay!

This is a prime example of what a marketing can do to fool you. There is no way this is a four star hotel- at best a two star lodge. Pictures are extremely misleading and we felt little cheated when we actually stayed at the place. Hallways were dingy, breakfast was just OK and rooftop bar/pool had one person in the pool in the night. Bathroom was very basic. This place is Ok for one night business travel but not for a family vacation with so many other options across the street. Very disappointing!

Great location and friendly staff

The location. It’s next of some of the main spots of Cancun, such as Coco Bongo and Señor Frogs. The staff was also a high point, all very kind and helpful.

The breakfast didn’t have a lot of options and was the same every day. Besides that, everything was perfect.
