A cute 2-bedroom house by the sea & very comfortable. Tastefully decorated, the host provided good choice of breakfast.
Stairs at night is a bit tricky but the night light helped.

On our ring road trip this was our favorite accommodation so far! The view is so stunning, it's spacious and everything was very clean, comfy beds, cute interior and very well equipped. We wished we would've booked more than one night and we are thrilled to come back someday.

Super Cottages renewed right by the sea! Very calm and peaceful!

We had our own living container, right next to the guesthouse. Breakfast was served at the petrol station, which also belongs to the guesthouse operators. The fishing village is located directly on the 85 and thus a good starting point for excursions on the north coast of Iceland, e.g. to Dettifoss, etc.
The living container stands directly on the car park, with tables and benches in front of it. Fortunately, this was not used, because otherwise the small terrace with barbecue could hardly be enjoyed in a relaxed way. To prevent anyone from peeping into the living space through the 'shop windows', the large windows must also be darkened. The apartment is also called 'The Cave' at the petrol station. We did not found out why ....

the apartment is clean and tidy, the kitchen equipment is good, the sea view make us very comfortable and relax
the TV won't work, and the stairs to the bedroom are pretty but a little bit dangerous

thank you very much for amazing host. Our best place in Island. We will recommend to our friends. We felt like on home, alle the equipment, and even breakfast. Thank you do much, wish we could stay longer but maybe next time ♥️

This was the cutest house i‘ve been to! Really modern, nordic and cozy. I really enjoyed my stay here. I really felt at home.
Nothing 👍🏼

An excellent place to stay in this tiny town. Amazing design and use of a small space to feel well-equipped, comofrtably, stylish and even kind of spacious. A little oasis, and a good escape from the smell of the fish processing plant that permeates the town!

Wonderful location, a lot of towels, perfect stay.
A bit too much heating, but only perceived in the rooms upstairs.

This was an oasis at a difficult time and we cherished every moment we were there. Bathrooms are clean and modern and although they are shared there is usually one available. Showers are good. Quiet, bright and comfortable.
I can't think of anything I didn't like.

Wonderful, spacious and bright rooms. Cozy common area with well- equipped kitchen, very good breakfast. Everything clean and as on the pictures :) highly recommended! I'll happily come back another time!

We stayed in the cosy ' cave' for 3 nights, nice stay for day trips to Langanes and Raudanes. The village has a good restaurant
The beds could be better

The whole place was clean, the kitchen was quite large and had everything you need. The breakfast was very good. It wasn't too crowded (although we assumed there were unoccupied rooms whilst we were there) and wasn't noisy.

A very comfortable guest house in north east Iceland. Comfy (shared) kitchen and living room. The place has many (shared) bathrooms, so unless the whole house is completely booked you are likely assigned a bathroom for yourself.
Not much to say here. People should realise that this is a simple guesthouse (like most places in this remote location), but I guess that is exactly what people who are traveling to this part of the world are looking for.

The whole stay was pleasant and comfortable. Well equiped kitchen. Great place for Aurora watching (short distance to get out of illuminated areas)
The double bed had only one blanket cca the same size as the regular bed? Perhaps a bigger one or two blankets would be appreciated. No big issue, we managed, but it was a surprise :)
