El baño lo mejor
El sofá cama que teníamos que usar para las niñas estaba roto. El horno bastante sucio

Apartment was brilliant only one I've ever stopped in with a TV in bedroom as well as living room brilliant
Nothing

The location was good.
Air conditioning didn't work properly; TV didn't work until someone came around to fix it; the electronic keys failed twice meaning we had to call the management to come round and let us in; generally very drab and stifling interior; shower was not very powerful; for £1100 this was a hugely overpriced average apartment. Would not go there again.

The room we booked was.not available.to us at 3pm.
Went back at4pm, and still unavailable, we were given a different room in another apartment block on Duke Street, which was not like for like. Staff seemed not to care that we were inconvienced. The apartment had no toilet paper, and the card reader for the electricity was broken. We were very disappointed and will never book these apartments again.
4.0
Location only, as we’ve stayed there before.
Room smelt of stale cigarettes the whole time due to insufficient air circulation, air Con didn’t work,
Batteries in TV weren’t working..
7.0
The location. Security at night.
Did not cater for the full party, only 6 settings when we booked for 7. There are no tea towels or shelves in the oven.
We asked for extra mugs, plates, etc, but they did not arrive. Had to use a glass for hot drink.

Customer service was good and timely.
There are there things customers shouldn't request before supplies are made, those things were not so at EPIC Apart (e.g. toilet brush, sweeping brush) since cleaners would only come after customers' departure. Also, bathing soap and shampoo were not supplied.

Location was brilliant for Liverpool nightlife - I would not recommend staying here if you want a quiet break - you can hear the music from the surrounding bars/clubs until 3am every night of the week. Beds were comfortable. The staff were lovely.
Bedding & towels weren't available until 6pm on the day of check in. Fire alarms went off at least once every day due to there being no extractor fans in any bathrooms for steam from showers. Very dark apartments with no ability to open any windows. Our apartment was the 3 bedroom & was advertised as having 3 bathrooms - it only had 2. No sound proofing at all - you could here what your neighbours above & below you were up all the time.

Nice apartment
The check-in proceedure is terrible. I had to go to a different location to collect the keys. No directions are given on how to get there, the address is obscure and not accurately shown on Google maps. This spoils what is otherwise a good apartment.
The card holder that hold the entry-key to enable the lights was broken.

Large room, nice decor, felt spacious
I stayed here with my child and the noise was horrendous. The music from the club was pounding until 4:15am both nights. I could hear every word the DJ said. Drunk people everywhere banging on doors and screaming on all night. Definitely should not have been recommend by booking.com as suitable for families.

The location is ideal for city centre
The room was filthy. We pulled the sofa bed out to which had food on the bedding still from previous people who stayed there. The duvet had makeup all over it along with brown marks what we could only identify as human poo. The cleaner still used the dirty duvet for our bed and covered it with clean bedding, she was rude and looked at us with facial expressions of disrespect. The table was wobbly, the sink was loose and the toilet roll holder was almost off the wall.

the location is perfect
we didn’t really have assistance. we had to check that we get fresh towels and toiletries.

location was the only good thing
reception was very far away, property was not cleaned and a lot of things were broken including the windows which let in cold air and the heating would not work

good location, easy to access, spacious enough for 4 people
Sofa bed isn’t the comfiest but was good for what we needed

Great location, great roomy, clean apartment.
Reception in a different location was a shame but tolerable, reception staff were a bit disinterested though.

Nice apartments and liked having 24 hour access to the building with keycard. Good standard of cleanliness, quiet in rooms and fair facilities available.
Long wait to check in could have been reduced and somewhat pricey but overall can’t complain had a good stay.
