Reliable but expensive

The property is a very central and ideal location. Very easy to get to from public transport.

This is my 4th time visiting cove apartments in Liverpool and it is the most expensive time I’ve been but it was the smallest room I’ve also stayed in. We had moved to a different location on our second night in Liverpool for nearly half the price and the location was only 5 minutes from Cove. This new location was nearly 4 times bigger than the apartment we had received.

Central, amazing views

Spotless apartment, amazing view of the docks and Liver building. In the middle of everything. Short walk to Albert dock, cavern quarter, shopping, restaurants and bars.

Very spacious apartment, everything was spotless. Great location but quite noisy from the street but that was to be expected as central location in town.

In the summary our stay at COVE Paradise street was a pleasant one.

Perfect, central location. The rooms were clean, and the bathroom was large.

The room service could be done more often than once a week.

Really enjoyed my week in the heart of Liverpool

Spacious, clean and a great location. Excellent value for money

Some noise from the street at night. Fold out bed in lounge was not particularly comfortable. But overall it was great!!

Can't wait to visit again

The only slight difficulty for first time visitors maybe finding the front entrance. We have been before and always found the place good value for money, helpful staff and excellent facilities. These have only got better with the new management. The location being in Liverpool One is great.

Possibly finding the front door. This is relatively small surrounded by other shops etc.

100% the only place I would stay in Liverpool. Perfect spot, big airy room and very luxurious for the money.

It was in such the perfect spot, right in the middle of everything. It was exactly how it was on the pictures and was super impressed at how big it was. Especially with a toddler he had so much room to run around the living room/dining area.

Excellent location with closeness two 2 of the 4 Liverpool stations and is center of everything

They had forgotten to clean when supposed to and building and rooms were very warm

overall good! great location!

free upgrade kitchen had everything needed amazing smelling soaps! reception staff could not do enough, lovely!

house keeping knocked 3 time from 10am when check out was not till 11. Felt very rushed! not enough mirrors or area to get ready in the bedrooms and fans weren’t great so mirrors steamed up in the bathrooms.

Perfect location and lovely apartment. Everyone who worked there was so friendly and helpful. Specific thanks to Luke and Alyse for your help with treats for my husband's birthday. Looking forward to staying again.

Stopped here few times. Location excellent.

Needs more storage space for clothes. Not enough coat hangers and could do with mirrors on bedrooms near power points.

Would definitely visit again.

This is a great place to stay. The apartment was stylish and all the furniture in good condition. The bed was especially comfortable.

There was a problem with the toilet which wasn't resolved during our stay.

Good location…great staff

Breakfast N/A I liked the position which made it easy for everywhere I need to be. Staff were friendly, informative, helpful and professional.
