Nice hotel with a beautiful view of the fort from the roof terrace. The staff are kind and we could book a camel safari with them. The rooms are clean.
There was no garbage bin in our room and no hot water, though that wasn't a problem given the heat outside.

Amazing place. We stayed here for 3 nights and it was a very good decision. It is a cute hotel that seems a Haveli. It is very near the fort and you can walk easily. Wonderful rooftopwith marvelous view to Jaisalmer fort (it is very night at sunset with the breeze). Big and comfortable room with big bathroom and everything you need. Highly recommend.

Everything. Shahi was great. The staff Sunil veejay and Anu were all amazing, very professional and friendly. Great location with rooftop seating area view of Fort and close to walk. They are happy to help with transport. The AC was good quality in room. The camel safari they can organize is good and I recommend
Everything was great. At this time in low season the restaurant was not operating, but staff provide a menu and would bring food to the rooftop

I had an amazing stay at this property, WOW. I was fortunate to be upgraded to a room with a view of the fort. My room was spacious and beautifully appointed, with a comfy bed, a good hot shower & water pressure. The whole vibe and decor of this hotel fits so stylishly into Jaisalmer. A true gem, great location too & the rooftop is amazing! The staff at this family run hotel could not have been more friendly, available and helpful. Thank you also Anu for ordering in a delicious meal for me. It is now my favorite dish!

I have to say a huge "thank you" to the staff: I've been there in May, low season for Jaisalmer, and I was the only guest. I checked-in really early (around 6.30 am) and in 5 minutes my room was ready.
Unfortunately because of the low season period, the restaurant was closed: nothing against this, Jaisalmer it's extremely hot in this time and you cannot spend time on the rooftop! Anyway I've heard really good things about their restaurant, I wish I could come back in a different time of the year and try it. For sure, if I'll be back in Jaisalmer, I already now where to stay!
Personal recomandation: if you plan to visit Jaisalmer in May/June, book a room with fort view. You'll get the sun in the early morning, this means the room walls will be really hot till mid afternoon, but in the evening you can have good and fresh time in the room.
All was good

Beautiful hotel with lovely decor inside, and sandstone walls which keep the rooms nice and cool in this summer heat. The views from the rooftop of the fort are beautiful, and such a nice atmosphere there every evening to sit and have a beer and socialise. The staff and the owner Devi went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and gave me great tips and advice around the city :)

The location is amazing, the accommodation is very comfortable and the staff is very friendly and helpful all the time! They will make your stay as memorable as possible!
Loved the interior of the whole hotel! It's very picturesque and gives you a great oriental feeling!
Will miss the 5 min walks to the fort!

The manager and the room and restaurant staff were very, very good..food good in restaurant. Wifi worked ok. Lots of help offered to travel about locally and taxi for onward travel
Very poor mattresses and the cold, this is from the stone built bed bases, with awful mattress the cold seeps up through the mattresses and bedding. I slept with my jacket on and socks despite two duvets...The hotel is just not suitable for use during cold months we were freezing the whole time, the building is open to the outside upstairs, of course in summer it's very hot, but we were not there then...we were too cold to shower for any length of time. A fan heater was given to us but with electrics on and off with power failures its not much point really...towels and bedding were hand washed and did not smell clean at all good thing we had travel towel, but getting that dry impossible....building going on around the hotel and so much noise upstairs on roof, outside buildings, banging and crashing. noise from everywhere, its like a hollow stone box, you could hear everything in next rooms...not great.... plus hotel not in a good area at all..fortunately we had a three wheeler to take us about which hotel arranged..we found it hard to find good accommodation in this town probably wouldn't visit as it is very different than in years gone by..I hate to criticise as staff try very hard and the manager and room boys could not have tried harder, thank you for your help.. but I have to be fair for future travellers and we were very disappointed.

I love this place. They have taken care of us well. We have arrived later than expected, exhausted and hungry. They direct us to the room immediately to refresh and make sure that we have proper lunch before we do the check-in. Their restaurant is great - great food and great view. The room is very pretty and comfort. Just right size room. Staff is very helpful in providing information on attractions.
As the rooms are close to each other and we happen to stay close to the rooms of large family/ group, so it was quite noisy when they talked to each other (Between rooms).

All the staff was so kind, specially the owner of the place. Good restaurant, goog views and well located.
At night it was noisy due to some guests.

The friendliness of the team - each one provided excellent customer services throughout our stay.
The food was lovely. We were taken on a personal guided walk of his home town by the owner whose pride of place was clear to see. We were very well assisted with our onward booking needs and taken to the bus stand very early on the morning of New Year's Day, even though the staff had a very late night on NY eve!
Nothing. The hotel is spotlessly clean, central, well run and very friendly.

Good food and good terrace
The hotel is comfortable but the staff is only interested in your money. Arriving at 11pm (late train), the first question they ask is to upgrade you by paying even more. They insist and I refuse. I haven't put the stuff in the room yet, I've already been asked twice for the safari (2500 rupees) and the next day too. I booked 4 nights and I wanted to cancel the last one because I had to leave. They refused to cancel saying that they could not cancel on the Booking site and then they found another ridiculous excuse: it was too late to cancel (11am). In short, a bunch of crooks who don't care about you. Find a better hotel.

They helped us plan our limited time in Jaisalmer, and organized an overnight camel safari and made sure we got to our flight the next morning. Super accommodating and helpful, friendly staff! Food and views at the rooftop restaurant were amazing as well :)

The staff is so kind! The host came to search me at the train station at 11pm, and then reopened the restaurant just for me to eat. They even upgraded my room, and they dropped me off at the train station once my stay was over. I will recommend this place to friends.

The hotel is not far away from Fort you can easily go by walk for about 15 minutes.
Staff members were not very supporting. We had to ask for rooms keys. Price at restaurant is very expensive a choice limited. In one room AC was not working.
No breakfeast available because we needed to take it at 7:00
