The room we booked was already taken so they upgraded us to a higher quality room. It was great, clean and very comfortable.

Pathetic stay

The staffs were rude and unprofessional. They charged us more than what was quoted by booking.com. They don't even have cloak room facility and made us pay a rooms rent for that. The rooms were dirty too. The breakfast options were nill and provided one food of their choice per room.

Nice hotel close to city suitable for short stays

Hotel is situated in the center of Hanoi close to main sights. Many cafes and small family restaurants nearby. The staff might not be good with English, but they do their best to understand you.

Breakfast was close to none, don't really suggest taking it, my room was quite small and the bed was tough as iron, not soft at all, might be hard to sleep on it for some people. I was asked to leave my passport during the whole stay, which is strange.

Good place to stay in Nhân Chính area

Good hotel if you need to stay in that area. Staff is friendly and it's a good value for the price you pay. Note: This is not a suitable hotel if you are a typical tourist who wants to explore the city (it's a bit far from the city center). But if you need to stay in the area anyways for business or family reasons, it's a good place to stay!

The beds could be a bit more comfortable, however this is nothing that would stop me from going there again.

A nice space, with good amenities.

I really like the rooms, the space and the amenities provided. Also I was provided with late checkin in night around 3 am which was super helpful.

I was charged 1,87,000 without really knowing it upfront. And the staff couldn't really understand that they had to return change from last night since the staff from night didn't have change and I already paid a bit extra.

The room smells come from toilet so disgusted, I felt I slept at public toilets. I booked 19days but I couldn’t stay mor

the hotel has facilities as clipper, toiletries…

the toilet so bad smell everyday. The mattress was so hard, the toilet door broke so couldn’t close properly.

The toilet is clean, the bed is clean and firm with thick blanket.

The room is a bit small, if it can be bigger for 2,3 m2, it's also ok.
