Everything about our stay was perfect. Amazing location, gorgeous cottage with everything you'd need. Beds were extremely comfy.
Host , Louise was fantastic. I forgot an electronic tablet and Louise very kindly posted it back in a self addressed envelope I sent to her.
I'd highly recommend the fish and chips from around the corner. If the weather's nice, you can sit on the grass beside the river, which is right by the chippy.
Only 10 minutes to Bakewell and Chatsworth house and 25 minutes to Heights of Abraham. Make sure you pay a visit to Eyam Village, 5 mins up the road from the cottage. Beautiful wee village.
Nothing!

Location was perfect and close to everything we wanted for a great family stay. There was a little garden too which was perfect for the dogs. It was sooo cosy and lovely decor. The coach house offered everything you would need for a self catering stay. It was lovely and warm and beds so comfortable. A very pretty place. It really has been looked after too with mattress protectors, duvet and pillow protectors so very hygienic. Clear instructions given to for our departure and how to use the bins. They were very understanding and provided everything for a perfect stay - kettle chips went down a treat on our first evening. All fresh towels and comfy sofas perfect for a cosy night in.
When our holiday ended- we wanted to stay!

Gorgeous, detached house in a perfect location for exploring the Peak District. Easily accessible and ample parking. We did the walk to Eyam which was lovely despite the rain. The curry house down the road is great with very friendly staff (we sat in their cave room which was very unique). The living room in the house is super spacious and perfect for a large group and my friends were very generous and gave my partner and I the master bedroom which was huge! We made dinner one night in the kitchen and it was great to have such a big table to sit around. The hosts are very helpful and responsive- we were very grateful to them for letting us checkout an hour later.
We were a bit disappointed with the size of the rooms apart from the master bedroom compared to how they looked in the photos- two of our group of eight couldn't come at the last minute and we do think that section of the house (where all but the master bedroom are) would have been very cramped if they came as planned. It seemed a shame for the master room to be so unnecessarily huge and the rest of the rooms to be squished together. Also just a note that it would have been really helpful to have some propr oven gloves- we made a big roast dinner one night and a few of us burned ourselves getting things out the oven with the teatowels and very small silicone finger thing.

Stunning old house, sympathetically decorated with modern facilities and spotlessly clean. It was our golden wedding anniversary and we had enough space for six adults and two children to enjoy without tripping over ourselves. With a pub practically opposite for our anniversary meal and an Indian takeaway within walking distance we really had a perfect stay.
Thank You

We have recently spent 3 nights at The Coach House and had a really lovely time. It is set in a village which has a nice local pub (would highly recommend) just across the road, a chippy and an Indian restaurant which also does takeaways. The cottage itself was really clean and nicely decorated and check in / check out was very easy. I sent a few questions to the hosts before we arrived and they were all responded to very quickly. We had a really lovely time thank you.
The only point I would make is that the duvets are very thick and very hot.
