Ανεση στο δωματιο.

Πολυ σύγχρονο δωμάτιο, καινούργιο, υπέροχη διακοσμηση. Η ανεση το χαρακτηριζει αυτο το δωματιο. Ο,τι χρειαζομασταν το ειχε μεσα, μεχρι και σιδερωστρα βρηκαμε, μεχρι και οδοντοβουρτσα. Το δωματιο ηταν τεραστιο, σαν ολοκληρο σπιτι ηταν. Φιλικο προσωπικο στη ρεσεψιον.

Ηθελα να μπορουν να κανονιζουν αυτοι τη μεταφορα προς το αεροδρομιο, γιατι εμεις πληρωσαμε ενα εξωφρενικό ποσο σε εναν πονηρο ταξιτζη.

Nice value, clean apartment, great location.

Location is great and easy access to Metro, Spanish Steps, and People's Plaza. Also on same street as many high-end stores. When we checked in the man working in the office was incredibly helpful and gave us a map and recommended "must see" places and pointed out Metro stations. The complimentary bottled water (refilled daily) and bottle of wine was a very nice touch.

The shower was incredibly small. The bedroom was cramped because of the oversized armoir in the room. Also, the process of doing my laundry was so difficult I would recommend not even listing it as an amenity in your advertisements.

Very welcoming stay

Staff was very welcoming and friendly, shout out to Lucky who was a pleasure to talk to any time we needed any help or info. The room was clean and comfortable, it was nice having a fridge and kitchen available. Washroom was also clean and we had everything we needed for the stay. Nice view of the street from the balcony and the staff are very knowledgeable if you're looking for ideas around attractions or restaurants. There was also a coin laundry/dryer in the basement which was very handy. Getting a taxi can be tricky since there's no Uber in the city, the staff was able to help us with that as well for an early flight!

Very good and warm

Location, location and location. The apartment is centrally located, near Spanish steps and not so far from other Roma attraction. Very good air conditioning which saved us from Roman heat in noon.

There is nothing in particular that we didn't like. But something was missing to say wow. May be a bit small bathroom Or room divided in 2 flows?

Wonderful location, amazingly helpful staff, value for money for facilities not great!

The location of the apartment was excellent. The staff at the facility couldn’t have been more helpful.

The apartment is not suitable for 3 people. The kitchen with a pull across door that wouldn’t stay open made the kitchen almost non fuctioning. The bathroom shower was hard to negotiate without flooding the floor. However the worst thing was a glass table which was so dangerous. Leaning on it or touching it made it tip. At one stage landing on my sons shin. Should there be a toddler the consequences of the glass landing on them could be severe indeed

Warm, helpful staff, great location, charming apartment.

Staff was exceptional. Particularly Lucky. Due to a booking issue, Booking.com helped us arrange this as a last minute, walk-in reservation. Lucky was so welcoming, and turned a bad morning into a great day.

We would recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome.

The apartment was well equipped, and spotless. Carlos, and the rest of the staff were friendly and very helpfui. The cleaning staff did a marvelous job; and wine was available when ever requested .

Our last couple of nights, we had a family above us with a very active child, that loved to run around. It was noisy in our room below, so we asked Carlos to remedy the situation; he did, and all was peaceful again.

Friendly staff in a fashionable part of Rome

Room was very pretty, comfortable bed and good shower. Right in the heart of Spagna shopping. Very enjoyable stay. The manager Lucky was helpful and very friendly.
