Desayuno repetitivo y nada sobresaliente.

Good location, 5-10min walk from the centre. Very clean and friendly personnel. I would also recommend doing the canyon tour via the hotel. For this price it's a good deal.
Very bad beds and matresses. This is what stopped us from giving it a higher rating. The beds are very hard, old and make a horrible noise everytime you turn.

We really liked staying here, the place is very clean and comfortable. It's very close to one of the main streets of San Cristobal, so location is also good. The staff was very friendly and communicative. A special thanks to Geraldo, he gave us recommendations to visit town and places to eat! He was always available to help us and we are very grateful for it. We also did 2 tours that were very nice and everything went smoothly. Would definitely recommend this place.

Staff was awesome. Coffee at the bar delicious.
Bathroom was tiny. Shower curtain must be longer or there is water flowing from the shower on the floor.

spotless, beautiful & serene decor, exceptional staff, excellent restaurant/cafe/bar w sophisticated delicious food & drinks, modern plumbing, comfortable beds, well located AND a rooftop terrace for smokers away from common areas. I am embarrassingly picky and hard to please and this hotel impressed me.
It was all around great.

Locations was very good.
Everything was really clean , the problem is the quantity of fabric softener used in the room , was overwhelming quantity.

the bed was great, quiet and friendly staff.
wifi was bad, was unusable in the room.

Great service and really cozy rooms. Staff was really amazing.
Wifi was slow in the room (but wifi was good in the lobby). Maybe more sockets would be great. Location is a little bit far away from the center, but worth it.

Nice common area.
Breakfast included in the price.
Bed is not confortable, too hard.
Room is smelly (I think they put a deodorizing product that smells terrible)
Only one electrical outlet in the room, nothing close to the bed.
You have to get out of the bed to swith off the light, the only switch is next to the door.
They are renovating some rooms in the building, so I woke up this morning due to a lot of noise.
For some reason I don't get, the door of the hotel was always open, even if the day was very cold and rainy (10 degree celcius at max in the day), so you take your breakfast asking yourself if you are going to freeze before ending it. I understand there is no heater in San Cristobal, so your room can be cold, but close the doors please.

I liked the location - I chose this place specfically for that purpose. Comfortable mattress and great ide ato ahve 2 blankets as it is cold at night.
Rooms are MUCH smaller than what is shown: bed and mini bathroom is actually what you get. Inner courtyard reverberates so all noise is significantly amplified, staff does not seem to make any atttmpts at keeping guests quiet after 10pm. Wifi is awful.
6.0
It was really cheap and in a good location.
They gave us extra blankets when it was super cold
There was no heating and it was super cold.
Bathroom was really small and needs updating as shower curtain had mould.
The breakfast was really basic and so we went out for breakfast instead
No flexibility on check out when we were getting a late bus and there was clearly noone in the room that night.
The rooms shown were not the rooms we were given.

Away from clubbing, noisy street. Adequate breakfast.
Reverb off walls and courtyard lent itself to those less than aware others just might not want to be disturbed.

Friendly Staff, gave us some really nice options for what to see & do. Good location.
It was rather noisy, especially in the early morning between 6-7am.
Also there was a moldy carpet in our room. The breakfast was very basic but ok.

We liked the location and the staff on the second day were very friendly and helpful.
The guy that gave us the first room was upset because we asked to be moved to a bigger room. A taxi driver came looking for us and told us he ignored him so he ended up waiting for a while. The door had a small hole and a crack.
6.0
Breakfast was small but okay. Staff is helpful.
It has no airconditioning

The location is great, just few minutes from the main street. The stuff is friendly and the room was vey clean.
The size of the room, it was very small, but it's OK for the price you pay.
