Отличный вариант для проживания в Брунее.

Недорого, но есть всё необходимое. Есть небольшой бассейн на открытом воздухе, что хорошо для климата Брунея. В номере есть чайник, холодильник. Чисто, вежливый персонал. Есть трансфер из аэропорта и в аэропорт.

Слишком рано закрывается ресторан при отеле. Расположен на оживленной улице.

Good price for quality hotel

Clean hotel, well organised. They have good and affordable day tours available to visit Brunei. Good price for quality. Free airport shuttle.

Only "british" sockets. Breakfast has a bit limited options. Bit outdated interior. Location is near to the main attractions but on a crossroad of highways.

Good choice of hotel. We’d definitely stay here again.

The location was perfect. Easy walking distance to everything and close to restaurants and shopping. The pool was lovely after a hot day out. The staff were fabulous. So helpful and always very friendly and interested in what we’d been seeing.

The room was so smoky!!! It states that it was a non smoking room but the smoking smell was so strong, completely ruined the experience

Near hospital so we were woken up several times during the night by ambulances

Good hotel

Located conveniently and surrounded by eateries and shops. Close to town and RIPAS hospital.

The bed is a bit run down. Could have replace the aged pillows.

Will not return due to the poor standard of cleanliness and lack of customer service.

The airport transfer. Both drivers are helpful. We got out of the gate more than an hour late due to delay in immigration clearance. The driver waited for us. The hotel is quite accommodating when we request to keep 1 room for late check out. $10/hr. Prices of food are good value but so are the rest of Brunei. There are couple of small plazas and places to eat within walking distance. Despite the Hari Raya public holiday, we managed to find somewhere open for business.

Mouldy bathroom, mouldy pool, The sheets weren't ironed. The towels are discoloured. I had whiter towels at homestay. No hand towel. Never been to a hotel that didn't provide hand towels and face washers but they provided razors and toothbrushes. Restaurant review: Serving plates chipped and found a sharp 20mm piece of broken plate in my rice. No apologies offered nor waive the charge for the meal. Most of our meals are ok but the beef burger pate was so hard, my daughter ended up eating half the burger without the pate. The fries were cold.

Located quite far from the city center. Large rooms fully equipped, comfortable bed. A small swimming pool in the hotel. Good breakfast buffet (till 10:30). The big plus is the free airport shuttle. Helpful staff offers opportunities to explore the city, transportation, guide, etc.

Cleanliness needs to be improved! Dust in the corners of the room, bathroom not cleaned.

Staff were lovely but hotel needs a refurb. wouldn’t stay again.

10 minute free shuttle from the airport.

Not the cleanest, bathroom needs work, room was damp, pool was very cloudy, food was limited and not western friendly. Area full of rubbish.

It is great to stay here and will plan to book here again in the next trip.

Its near to shopping centre and places of interest. Parking is available ar basement level which is very convenient.

There is a need to do something to the ceiling near the aircond as it seems its mouldy and the room feels dusty. Other than this everything is excellent.

Very good

The reception staff were extremely helpful with all my questions and recommendations. They also assisted in organising the airport transfer both ways which made it easier. The location of the hotel is very close to the city centre and there is also a mall opposite the hotel. Room was clean and nice.

The breakfast was not up to standard or worth the money paid. Hotel could have more tour options for short day trips that are more affordable.

Comfort as always!

From the price and services, the value was worth it. The hotel has been my go to for staycation and I was always happy with the service provided. I even got a mini panic when I forgot to bring my phone charger after checking out. They managed to locate it and keep it safe until I went back to collect it.

There were too much magazines for the room size. I saw a few on the table top on the wall but I also found more inside the table near the bed. The menu for the restaurant service were also in dire need for a change. It does not spoiled the mood or my overall stay however, I would like to highlight for your future reference.

Overall, my stay at the hotel was excellent.

Airport pickup. The driver waited even if my flight was late by almost an hour. The vehicle used to pick me up was really suitable for the purpose and quite comfortable.

The hotel did not have power adaptors. I was not able to bring one and my laptop's batteries went dead.
