Для тех кто скучает по купе

Персонал помогал абсолютно во всем. Очень гостеприимно и как то по-дерквенски открыто встречали нас и чуть ли не водили за ручку на остановку, в обменник, сказали как лучше посмотреть город. В номере было очень чисто и не воняло. Это радует. Был фен и чайник. Кровать широкая, матрас удобный.

Конечно от самого дешевого отеля в центре мы ничего особо не ждали. Комнята 10 метров, но казалось что меньше. У меня в квартире кухня 8,5 и она кажется больше за счет высоких потолков и огромных окон. Я в молодости много едил по Азии и жил в подобных крохотных комнатах без окон, но вот моя сестра была в шоке от того, что я забронировал. Из минусов - выбивало пробки. Остальное все ровно так, как указано на сайте.

Bon rapport qualité-prix pour routard à Bandar Seri Begawan

Chambre fonctionnelle; - Flexibilité sur l'heure d'arrivée; - Excellente localisation.

Gros problème de communication avec le personnel, ce qui a engendré des soucis. Même s'il fait preuve de bonne volonté, parler anglais de façon basique est un minimum. - Une demande a été faite pour une chambre au calme et j'ai eu la seconde chambre après l'entrée. Beaucoup de bruit donc. - Chambre vieillissante : matelas très peu épais et dur, les plombs ont sauté dans la chambre-même lorsque je prenais ma douche, les diodes de choix pour le ménage et le "ne pas déranger" visibles à l'extérieur de la chambre ne fonctionnaient plus. - Wifi très lent.

it was ok…

location is good. right at the waterfront and less than 10min away from new mosque. toilet and shower room is not so clean. i have stayed at hostel in gadong area with better facilities for half of the price so i find this place quiet expensive.

Really great value , excellent location .

Very cheap , Lovely clean , well equipped room - including fridge, kettle , hairdryer and iron with ironing board. The location is very good , right on the waterfront and near to the mall and a few convenience stores . Easy walk to all city centre sights . Staff were helpful and pleasant .

The reception area and area near the lift were a bit shabby but for this price I was not expecting luxury . The room was very nice and the location and room more than made up for the slightly shabby exterior .

room advertised as having a TV but then it didn't work

Great location right in the centre of Brunei close to the Mosque and a short taxi ride away to the main indoor food markets. Air conditioning worked well

Our TV would not work, we asked the staff for help with this and were told "the TVs do not work" so don't book this place for this reason! Our room and bathroom was also tiny but fine for a 1 or 2 night stay

great experience in Burunei

Best location at the city center, in the front of Kampong Ayer and Omar ari Saifuddien Mosque. So kindly owner, and clean room. The high grade cost performance.

You can't beat the location of this place, it is right on the waterfront and within walking distance of many of the downtown attractions and plenty of restaurants. Staff is friendly and helpful with information about transport (when the are around, after hours there may not be anyone at reception). Rooms clean and the shower worked.

No windows in rooms! But we knew that going in.

It is a convenient near the water-front and with reasonable price.

The location is good near the waterfront. So many coffee shops are around. I enjoy I can walk to most of the spots. The worker in the lobby was so nice and friendly.

Very nice location, very friendly and helpful staff, clean, good value for money

I didn't know there was not any public transportation from/to hotel. I didn't have enough cash of local currency for taxi. Taxi driver asked me for 25 BND, later for 20 BND and was very rude. I didn't know what to do then I called the hotel contact number noted in my reservation. The owner of the hotel picked up the phone and within 20 minus he came to the airport for me and took me to his hotel. I paid for transportation 10 BND by credit card during check-in at hotel. The guy at the reception (very friendly) arranged a car for me to leave early in the morning. Everything was fine next morning, and I could get back to airport. Very helpful and friendly owner and staff. The hotel room was very clean, nice location of hotel. Very fair value for money. If I come to Brunei again, I would sleep over again!

The hotel/room is older and not super fancy (but very clean), I expected that before I booked it. I think it's good value for money, fair enough. I didn't have problem with anything. I liked it. Thank you.

Happy with my stay in BS Begawan

First of all, a big thank you to the staff of this hotel. They were very responsive to my inquiries before reaching BS Begawan. I was trying to reach them as my flight got delayed and pushed my arrival after midnight. Even though that's the case, they made sure I will be accommodated and informed staff to wait for me. Second, I would like to commend the cleanliness of the place. The bed was pristine, shower heads were not rusty, and the carpet/rug installed in front of the shower does not smell. Also, their plug outlets can accommodate type A, type G, and USB plugs, so I did not have to take my universal adaptor out. There's also hairdryer, iron and iron board, and kettle inside the room. Third, great location! It is right in the middle of the city, ideal for sightseeing. At the hotel's check-in counter wall, you can find a map to show you the significant walkable places and their distance from each other. I took a photo of it and made it as a reference while walking around. There are money changers and ATMs near the hotel so you don't have to worry about cash. There is a walking distance mall so if you forgot something or anything, just go to that mall. Outside that mall has food bazaar area where you can try local food.

I did not understand how the water heater of the shower works as it was in Chinese, but I also did not want to disturb the staff anymore as I arrived wee hours of the night, so I took a cold shower at 3AM (lol). Also, I was not sure if they provide bottled water or had water dispenser, but I remember reading somewhere that water bottle is more expensive than petrol in Brunei so I brought some drinking water with me before going. I do hope they have at least a water dispenser for guests, though! Otherwise, there are supermarkets near the hotel.

Easy city centre stay

Location and price

Confusion over price on arrival. Staff asked us to pay double quoted fee. Then when copy of booking was shown, they "realised" correct price.

Perfect Accommodation if staying in BSB.

The location of Qing yun resthouse Bandar is ideal especially if you want to have a DIY walking tour. Posted at the reception is a suggested route you can use. BSB Bus terminal is at the back of the hostel and the sipitang terminal is in front (If you're heading to Kota Kinabalu). Yayasan Mall is very close, you can exchange your money, purchase sim card and eat. The staff are very accommodating. Wifi connection is great, just ask them how to connect to their internet, they will give you a code per day.
