Very friendly host, good breakfast, lovely pool and a beautiful surrounding, the place and garden are wonderful! Decoration of the chateau was also fantastic, back into the 18th century but with modern facilities
Breakfast outside would have been nicer

The stay was remarkable in all points of view. Great location between Tournus for tourism and Truchere for eating. Great park, especially the untouched part with the wild orchids.
Nothing to complain about.

This is such a unique and lovely chateau. Pierre cannot do enough to help and the accommodation is spacious and well equipped. It’s like stepping back in history staying at an old chateau.

The property makes you dream away, every room is unique and ours had a breathtaking view. The chateau is quirky French, authentic and so charming in every way, we’re definitely coming back. The owner is very kind and relaxed; we felt very welcome.
Our bathroom could use a little update, but we didn’t really bother.

Good location for an overnight stay on the route to the South. Rural, shabby chic - definitely preferable to a souless chain hotel. Near to Tournus for wandering and an evening meal.
No steps to get in and out of the pool.

The location, the grounds, the heated pool, the quirky shabby chic style, the rooms, the hosts Pierre et Katherine.
I could go on but that would be OTT
That we were only able to stay for one night

Excellent location, very peaceful and tastefully decorated. The room was massive and the bathroom clean and modern given the age of the building.

Surreal light and colors in the wide and beautiful garden. Wonderful pool and personel. Place with history.

The chateau and surroundings are stunning- we had an amazing view of the gardens and pool from our room.
Pierre is a very friendly host
Perfect stop off location on route to south but worth staying longer for the house and Tournus near by

It is a magical place with a lot of history and charm. The owner, Pierre Martino, is a real gentleman and a great host and a great cook. I strongly recommend the dinner in the chateau. As he is running the place by himself he does not have much time, but I strongly recommend you to find some time to have a drink with him for a chat, you will not regret.
We have been there with our children, and the large garden, swimming pool keeps the kids quite busy.
Nothing special. It is just important to keep in mind that the place is not a full service hotel (with daily cleaning, room service etc. ), which was very fine for us.
