The Riad is very well designed, so cosy and stylish. It is situated in a quiet neighbourhood, 20 minutes walk, 5 minutes drive from medina. The owner is very hospitable and helpful. I loved my stay there and will definitely come again should I pass by Marrakesh.

The property is in a great location which is close to everything you need and only a cheap taxi away from main tourist locations.
It is extremely clean and has a great pool, Mustapha is very accommodating and went above and beyond our expectations during our stay.
I would 100% recommend Riad Syba.

The facilities are really good value for money. Mustapha is an exceptional host. Friendly, helpful and attentive.
Ask him and he will give you really good suggestions.
Location is a bit further outside, but still good. Taxi plaza is merely a 5 minute walk away and from there with a 10-15 minute ride you can reach any point you want to go.
I can openly suggest a stay there.

amazing stay! the staff are soooo helpful and the faculties are great. the pool is perfect after a hot day in town. very easy to catch the bus or get a taxi into the main tourist areas. we had dinner here one night and it was the best tagine we had on our whole Morocco trip.

The owner and host is very intelligent, helpful, discrete. It was nice talking to him. The central garden is unbelievably large, beautiful. Also are room and the private bathroom were absolutely huge. Best breakfast we had during our stay in Morocco. The owner helped us park our car in front of the riad. We'd suggest getting there by taxi, though.
Our room was next to the street, and we did have a lot of noise until quite late - take ear plugs. Maybe that was partly due to our stay being during Ramadan though. Also, if you come during Ramadan, be sure to have dinner elsewhere, there is nothing decent to find in the area. It's a really poor residential neighborhood.

The breakfast is a total rip-off.

The room was so clean and the experience felt authentic. I wanted to stay in a Riad while in Marrakech and I can say Riad Syba gave me so much value for money. The area felt safe and Moustafa was so kind. Before I left Morocco, he asked what airline I was flying back with and told me I’d need to print the boarding pass before getting to the airport otherwise it would cost €20 at the airport. He printed it for free for me.
it’s a bit out of town but I could always get a 30dirham cab to the medina. the breakfast is quite simple.

I had an amazing stay. The Riad is beautifully decorated, clean, and value for money. It's a little out of the centre but only takes 10 minutes in a taxi to get to there. On our arrival, we were welcomed with mint tea and biscuits. Breakfast was fresh each day. Mustapha was very friendly and could not do enough to make our stay a most pleasant one. Told us what to expect to pay for taxis, organised our airport shuttle and even printed our boarding passes for our return. Would definitely recommend this Riad.

I'm so happy I chose this hotel, cause everything there was perfect!) The owner is so careful and super flexible, he helped us with everything, he does his best for the guests!) The room and ryad itself are so beautiful and clean with fresh flowers everywhere, I felt there as a queen!) Location is very convenient cause you are close to the center but far from chaos and you can see around the hotel real people's life which is more interesting than to be in Medina where you see only people that try to send you smth and plus in Medina it's difficult to find smth, easy to get lost, but this hotel its very easy to find. There are buses that stop next to the hotel and you can move easily or by taxi that is cheap, Marrakech is a huge city wherever you stay you will need taxi or transport to move around. Breakfast in the hotel is served any time you need, very comfortable and they use only the best quality products, it's very appreciated!) The room was huge and bathroom as well and with many windows as I like, cause mostly ryads don't have much windows. Room is designed in the traditional Moroccan style, very beautiful, everything is done with the taste and soul! The owner even printed our boarding passes, that I didn't know we have to print, otherwise we would pay a lot in the airport. He organised shuttle and woke up at 5 o'clock to control everything is fine and gave us some food to eat on the way!) Marrakech is very beautiful but chaotic city and to find someone that care about you as if he knows you for ages was so nice! Thank you very much, Mustafa, good luck with everything!

Very well menaged riad. The manager waited for us after our late arrival at the airport and welcomed us very gently. the rooms are very typical and breakfast was fresh and homemade. nice for a quick stop if you want to escape the city quickly
location is not the nices in the city. parking is 5-8 minutes away

Common area and room is spacious. Mustaphel the owner was awesome and very helpful, offering additional assistance multiple times, and his helper lady was very patient and nice, despite a language barrier initially upon arrival. Breakfast is served fresh and flexibly on your time. The place is very peaceful and quiet inside and has a nice ambience. If you do not mind being a bit away from the city center, I definitely would recommend staying here.
Shampoo not really available, though there is a bar of soap. The WiFi was given in the form of a QR code, so you may have to use an online QR decoder to retrieve the password for your non-mobile devices. Nothing actually bad all in all!

We enjoyed our stay so much. We decided to come just because of the good reviews and the reality didn’t disappoint. The Riad is very lovely, beautiful and located in a calm neighbourhood. Our room was big enough, beautifully decorated, calm and clean. The breakfast was typically moroccan, very rich and delicious. And last but not least, our host mr. Mustapha is very kind, super helpful and professional, always ready for questions and offering help with anything. We felt welcomed, safe and heard.
nothing, everything was perfect.

Everything! Mustapha was wonderful. He was very helpful, accommodating and informative. He even arranged an early breakfast for us on our last day, so we could leave for the airport on time. The Riad itself, was absolutely stunning and our room was amazing. We really enjoyed our time at this place.
