Beautiful accommodation. The host went above and beyond.

Beautiful Lodges in an excellent location perfect for a wedding we were attending locally.

Nothing could be faulted. The stay met all of our expectations. The host went above and beyond to accommodate our needs.

Great, shame about the breakfast.

Lovely comfy and clean room.

The continental breakfast was a little disappointing with rubbery supermarket packet croissants, cheap yoghurt and only one choice of cheap tea brand. A little more care with the breakfast would have made the stay perfect. I loved the idea of the continental breakfast but unfortunately it didn't deliver. Fresh croissants, a choice of teas and a bit of fruit or local produce (jam, fruit, biscuits, etc) would have made a real difference.

Comfortable stay in a spotlessly clean room in a delightful location. We'll be back!

Superb get away location which had everything we needed for a short stay. Lovely size room. Excellent choice for a prepacked breakfast, including fresh milk for tea and cereals.

Clean comfortable room with nice breakfast, would stay again without hesitation.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast provided in room was very good and sufficient. Area outside the room was well kept and the picnic bench and seats were a nice touch.

There was nothing to dislike about the room. I would highly recommend staying here.

A lovely place to stay and relax and very good value.

Immaculate room and bathroom. Plenty of hot water for baths and showers. Very adequate continental breakfast. Next door to the Bull Inn where we were able to have a very enjoyable evening meal. Conveniently close to the Benenden hospital where I was having treatment.

The room needs a small table in front of the sofa where you can put cups and plates when you are eating. We managed without but WFi would have been helpful.

Lovely continental breakfast which exceeded our expectations with the orange juice, ham, cheese, croissants, cereal and milk and ample tea and coffee choice.

We were happy with the room and location

The breakfast was ample for the short stay that we were there. The chalet was spacious, clean, comfortable, and warm. The location was good, because we had Christmas dinner booked in The Bull Inn. We will use Booking.com again.

I would of liked a free standing shower as I have trouble getting in and out of the bath due to back problems. apart from that everything was great. Sorry to moan.

Nice cozy and clean room

Nice clean room, spacious and nice location with private carpark next to the pub. Nice continental style breakfast left in the fridge with milk etc. Nice big bath.

No WiFi, tv bracket was a bit dodgy, but nitpicking really. Shower was a little weak.

Fantastic place to stay!

Good location, staff checked if we needed anything spotlessly clean and roomy. A nice welcome pack. Big bath, warm.

Pillows, although a choice of spares they were hard for my liking, not a problem though I will just bring myyy own next time.

There is parking even though it says it doesn't, very quiet, good breakfast's quantity

I was expecting a English breakfast more than a continental breakfast, the carpet below the bed was very dirty so I had to be careful with my 1 year old baby given there were papers and other small things

Lovely spacious room

Lovely spacious room with easy check in/ out via the electronic security lock (Access texted by owner on day of stay). Couple of miles out of Tenterden, which was not a problem. Would stay here again.

A very clean, comfortable and not too expensive place to stay in this pleasant part of England

Nicely fitted out. Very clean and looked new. Everything was thoughtfully provided, including breakfast. Nearby Bull Inn provided very good Dinner and breakfast too. A very quiet location in pleasant countryside. Not expensive and no stairs to negotiate.
