Solo la posizione della struttura proprio davanti
all’ ingresso delle piramidi e della sfinge!
molto bella anche la vista dalla terrazza
dell hotel sopratutto la sera con il parco
archeologico illuminato dalle luci!

I have travelled alot and stayed in fantastic hotels but Pyrmamids Sun / Cleopatra Pyramid View rates in my top 2. The view is breathtaking and the staff have become like family and you need for nothing. They arrange all tours and transport. Ayman, Atta and Sultan. THANK YOU!!
There was nothing we didn't like.

Nice location by the pyramids
We were offered a package for our wedding day from the hotel Manager. After having checked two times before our stay that the package was ok, suddenly things were nok ok any more, after we had to prepay for the hotel. We had to cancel the whole wedding package, and it caused us a lot of stress on our wedding day. We experienced to be lousy treaten, met with lies and surprises, and never got an apology for broken promises. More over, the included breakfast was late, if any, without drinking, and partly of extremely bad quality. The bed linen was dirty, with black hairs.

The manager of the hotel and his son were amazing. He was very attentive and did everything he could to welcome us and was always available. He made the stay very welcoming. The views on the rooftop bars were amazing overlooking the pyramids. Thank you!
The double room wasn’t great, however the triple was much nicer so we stayed in those. The takeaway breakfast wasn’t to our taste. We would have much preferred a hot breakfast as we didn’t eat the takeaway one.

Location of the hotel was perfect just few steps to cross 15 meters street to be inside the pyramids plateau
So clean and quiet
Staff was so friendly and helpful

Location is good, very close to the entrance to the pyramids. Very spacious room, nice historical paintings on the walls in the hall. The son of the owner was very nice and helpful.
In our 4 nights stay the room was not cleaned once. You have to ask for room service. The balcony with the pyramids view was all covered in dust, impossible to just sit and enjoy the view. TV didn't work. On the upper floor there is a restaurant which is open until late, you can hear everything from the room. The owner will arrange absolutely everything for you - tours, laundry, dinner, taxi - but double, or even triple the price.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was not a very pleasant one. Even though the location advertises rooms with a view of pyramids, take in account that it is the desert, the windows are incredibly dirty, so the only way to see the pyramids clearly is to open the windows, which i would not suggest to do for the noise and smell you would get from street. Another negative aspect is the location itself, it is off any main road and it takes a lot of time to reach Cairo downtown, so if you are planning to stay here only for the pyramids view, dont, you can see them from any other tall hotel in downtown. Also, this hotel has a restaurant on top of the roof which access is through the main corridor where the rooms are located. So you hear a lot of noise till approximately 2am, so if you want to sleep earlier, you neex earplugs. I was also very negatively surprised to find out, that the room i booked inluded breakfast. I did not!!! The hotel itself does not cook, for breakfast they will send you to this restaurant and tell the stuff to give you 20% off, but the restaurant does not open until 10am, so if you wake up early you either wait or find other options. Finally, the design of the shower was just simply terrible, the door to enter the shower is being blocled by the sink, so you have to be extra thin to enter the shower easily!!! One more thing, even though i booked a room with a view on the pyramids, they have overcharged me extra fee for the '"view"

breakfast is accepted and parking it's oki.
the receptionist refused to upgrade my room although i have offer from booking to free upgrade my room and told me there are not available room on pyramids view and told the only available one is the ground room
And the wifi not working.. Not recommended any one to stay there and the room was full of gnat.

Good location to pyramids
When charging me $50 dollars for a taxi trip to the airport the owner “accidentally” charged $550 to my credit card and then refused to give it me back, maintaining that he would not claim it at the bank and it would come back to me. 10 days later and I’m claiming fraud through my credit company. Unbelievable behaviour
