Beautiful instagram worthy villas
Beds were not very comfortable and squeaky. Not very practical to shower in the open shower. Bathtub was dirty. Bug were found on the floor. Location not very close to Ubud central.

We had the One Bed Pool Villa - We stayed 6 nights in the Sayati Room
It was very private and the private pool was lovely. The bed was nice and big, and firm which I liked. It was like we lived in our own little compound which was great for an escape away.
Overall for us it was the Staff... they were Awesome! Kind and engaging, they really spoke highly of the Villa and asked if we could please fill in the review section of our stay. I found that they made the stay for us a great one. I would go back just to see them again and see how they are doing.
We also loved the Indonesian Style Buffet Breakfast (because we were usually hungry in the morning) and the Balinese Coffee.
The free shuttles to and from Ubud Township was awesome and greatly appreciated.
The communication with the Hotel via "Whats App" was very good and helpful. That is how we checked on Shuttle times, Room Service and made general enquiries.
The Bar Cocktails were yummy flavors and nice and strong lol! And buy 2 get 1 free left everyone happy!
The Shower and Bath taps did not work:
We think this was because they were diverting water from the taps in the bathroom to the pool fountain and we had to repeatedly ask Daily to fix it in which the pool fountain would then stop working so that we could use the shower.
The Food to order was Average:
The food we would order outside of the Buffet Breakfast was not that great and not really value for money. It was not that tasty and very small portions. It felt like the Chef was only there to do the breakfast and it was the hotel staff that were cooking the meals outside of breakfast. Sad to say. This also includes the Balinese/Indonesian dishes.
Constant work during the day (mowers and weed eaters going) which made it hard to relax by the pool. But we understood that they were only trying to make the property look beautiful.
The Stage Area was a nice space that could also be utilized outside of any festivals or events. It was right next to our room and when we went to go and explore, the Stage Area was used as a storage place for furniture and mattresses which it could have been used for a chill area with seating and tables to relax. I don't know... it just seemed like we were not supposed to be there?
Yoga was another issue because it was supposed to be free daily yoga, but the Yoga was not actually on site, we had to go 10mins around the corner to access it and it was not everyday.

The rooms were good. The pool in the villa was lovely.
The breakfast was really bad. Didn’t have any choice. Mainly bread and eggs. Flies on the fruits.

The personal was extraordinary friendly, especially Adnyana Vedder. Also Wawan was very friendly. The breakfast was very good (take the smoothly bowl!). Everything was very clean.
One night we had a spider in our room, as soon as we texted, two people from the reception came in the middle of the night and removed it.

Where do I start! Living space, resort staff, food, privacy, location... Everything is perfect.
I and my husband stayed at Ubud Raya Villa for 2 nights. We stayed at their "Dhrupadi" house which comes with a private pool and an outdoor kitchen.
The room itself is quiet spacious.
Staff was very professional but friendly at the same time. The manager at reception even went out of his way to help us with some food and drinks late in the night. The kitchen staff always greets you with a smile which I appreciate a lot.
Food served is delicious. And for someone looking for Indian food, they have an extensive Indian menu. Which was a surprise for us.
The only thing is that the kitchen closes early. So dinner can be planned accordingly. And even if you want to buy something like snack, beer or instant noodles, a departmental store is at a walking distance.
Oh and we also used their spa services. Even though it was late in the evening and time for the spa to close, they still took our reservation and did a great job.
Ubud Raya Villa - Highly recommended.

The overall aesthetic to the place is nice, natural lighting is great for photos.
The overall place wasn't very clean, there's a lot of insects everywhere, facilities wasn't working. There's a constant puddle in the common area. Bathroom had bad smell. The chair by the poolside is infested by ants.

i like the fact that the staff there was being helpful, friendly and polite. despite many complaints on my end, they able to sort out my request to change villas and to request early breakfast.
the fact that the picture in the booking is not similar at all to the one that i get.

The hospitality of the staff. The cheff Mr Kadi is very warm and considering we are vegetarians he tried to accomodate to ensure we are comfortable.
The candle light dinner was also set up very well. The villas are super.
The room is not completely closed and hence you have lizards coming into the rooms.

The location to ubud center, and the staff was extremely nice and comforting. They arranged all of our needs for our trip to Bali.
Everything was perfect, but if you really need to give a bad comment it would be the closet outside. It would have been better to have it inside the room.
