het ontbijt was fantastisch, de kamer was klein maar van alle gemakken voorzien

The room was good and the bed was really comfortable.
The breakfast area is really lovely and the food choices were brilliant.
The staff were really friendly and helpful.
There is limited parking at the hotel, but just across the road are a couple of residential streets where I was able to park my car for free - and I felt perfectly happy leaving my car here as it is a nice residential quiet street, I didn't fear anything would happen to it - just slightly inconvenient as I was in town for a wedding and therefore had a fair bit of luggage as my dress was being carried separately in a dress bag so it would have been nice to park closer!

Extremely friendly staff
No storage, no where to hang clothes (apart from a small rail behind mirror) we had special suites and dresses to attend wedding and had to hag everything on the two windows curtain rails which prevented a lot of light entering room, also lived out of suitcases the 3 days of our visit, no storage or draws, room extremely small

Great location, not 50m from town centre, clean, comfortable and very well presented.

Was only there briefly as I was up super early for a hike in the stunning surroundings but the room and bathroom were lovely. spotlessly clean and had everything I needed.
Might have been nice to have a little fridge as I had some drinks and food packed to take with me the following day

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The rooms were clean and comfortable.
Breakfast was continental and had a huge variety of food on offer.
Staff went out of their way to ensure that an item of left luggage was returned.
Great location being only a short walk from the bus station.

Breakfast excellent. Good control over heating.
Car park small. No evening meals available.

I have a number of food intolerances, in particular dairy and yeast. This was not a problem at breakfast because I was able to have smoked salmon with avocado on sourdough bread and a non dairy spread. At other hotels I have had to provide my own breakfast.
We would have liked to have been able to use the hotel facilities before 3pm.
We would have liked to be able to have a light meal at the bar in the evening.
The parking is very limited.

Staff friendly, breakfast good, bed comfortable
Bedroom 18 was cramped and window opening was very restricted for a warm night

Jackie the manager was extremely attentive and helpful.
The cold water in our room room ran warm for long spells or it took a lot of wasted water until it was cold-if ever.

Bed comfortable. Room and hotel appeared exceptionally clean. Hotel manager very helpful with are early check out, providing us with a take away breakfast.
I found the room a little too hot overnight and wasn’t sure if or how I could adjust the temperature

Room was very good spacious and comfortable
The breakfast was continental style - we were expecting a full English for the price we paid.

Very clean and comfortable room
Disappointed not having a cooked breakfast

First impressions of the room were amazing. The bed was also extremely comfortable. The bathroom was exquisite.
The breakfast was a grab bag. This was really delicious for the person without any allergies. The other person's breakfast was a little thin (although they had tried).
What isn't actually the hotel's fault is the dearth of taxis in the area.

Our stay was fantastic. We had the calming trickle of the river at the side which was so tranquil. Staff were very accomodating and relaxed. The hotel is the cleanest place I have ever stayed at! Breakfast was a 'goodie bag' which contained the most delicious fresh produce and left you pleasingly content and full of energy for the day. Thank you for a fabulous stay x
Nothing at all

Friendly lady, clean room lovely decor
No bedside cabinets, small shelves in the bathroom, breakfast too late and no explanation that the butter and jam were downstairs, two duvets instead of a double, no coffee in the room and no phone in the room. Only way of contacting anyone was phone downstairs at night didn’t feel safe if a fire. Bar closed too early

Stuff nice enough, clean room, breakfast ok, good location
First of all - the room was supposed to have "City View". It didn't have any view because the window was blind (not see-through). And you couldn't open it (only the tiny top bit). Secondly - the "queen classic" room is tiny. It's really just a narrow space around the bed (bathroom size is ok though). Thirdly - the heat and knocking of heating pipes. I switched off the heating but the room was still super hot and from 5am I couldn't sleep because the heating pipes under the floor were giving a concert. We stayed only one night - so no point of asking for different room - but overall we felt a bit cheated.

Walls a bit thin...could hear next door snoring!
