Enjoyable - would recommend staying here

Our host met us at the exterior doors, which locked, and brought us up to our two key locked rooms. Both had attached bathrooms that worked well, and the decor and bedrooms were clean and bright. Conveniently located right by the train station/taxis and a very short walk to the waterfront and town. Enjoyed our night here before our cruise.

A bit noisy until 12am since the windows open to the waterfront/street

Nice and clean and private bathroom

No staff available. Loud train sounds since right at train station. Profile said free shuttle to ports, but there is a 3euro fee pp. Breakfast was only a crousant.

The property sent me an email stating that they could not accommodate my stay. I never went to Italy and I never stayed at the hotel

I’ve never been to the property so I don’t know. They need to cancel this reservation. I need to never be charged for this reservation because they said they couldn’t accommodate my visit.

Superb

Basic, but clean, safe and convenient for train travel (over station via locked entry door) and cruise ships (shuttle in parking lot). Surprisingly quiet, considering. Convenience store and cafe downstairs (free pastry/beverage for breakfast). Other stores and restaurants within walking distance. Bargain priced, so will stay again next cruise.

No elevator. Weren't warned that water heater is turned on/off by wall switch, so accidentally turned it off, resulting in no hot water in the morning. No staff onsite, only come to check you in and upon request. No outlet near bed (so can charge phone while using). No ATM within walking distance.

Waiting for our cruise

Quiet (right at the train station but really never heard them). Close to many restaurants and walk along the sea.

Stairs were pretty steep going up to room. They helped us get the big suitcase up fortunately! We literally slid it down on the way out.

Quiet location, well restaurated.

Breakfast was included. But it was not clear, how much one could consume. Since the bar at railway station was expensive, we only had coffee and croissant, one each p.p, to not stress the rooms income too much. We bought a juice and a 2nd cappuccino ourselves. "Parking free" was not correct by law. It was tolerated. This is a difference. The room cleaner made us hurry to leave earlier than checkout time.

A good night's sleep close to our destination, in a clean comfortable room.

Ideal location for anyone picking up a cruise from the Civitavecchia cruise terminal. The hotel is part of the Railway station infrastructure, the door to the hotel is literally only a few metres from the entrance / exit of the station. It is a pension style hotel; its smaller than mainstream hotels, it is basically a number of rooms, 5 in this case, that are not elegant, but provide a clean basic room with a comfortable bed / beds, a TV (Italian stations only) and a wardrobe and bedside tables. Each room has either an on-suite bathroom, or a private bathroom down the hall. Although a part of the station building, the room did not suffer from any train noise and we had a comfortable night. It also offers a breakfast voucher for the station cafe, which provides for a coffee and pastry in the morning. There isn't a 24 hour reception, you will be provided with keys to both your room and the hotel entrance on booking in. If you are going to the cruise terminal, there is a taxi rank in front of the station, or you can get a shuttle bus, which runs every 15 minutes. Tickets for this shuttle are available from the station cafe/shop at the end of the outside of the station building and at the time of writing (October 2018), cost 2 euros per person each way.

All the rooms are on the upper floor of the building (essentially 2 floors up stairs), be aware, there is no lift, so bags need to be carried up and down these stairs.
