Very close to the center, big room, comfortable

My room was on the street which was noisy, but as long as you have ear plugs, you will sleep fine.

The room. Ask for a room with the view to the pool. Big and with much light.

More cleaning on the staircases and around. First we were surprised over the nighbour hood. But in fact is was not that far from the town center. We felt save to walk home late, and you come to see the real Campeche and not only the bright and restored part.

A great location if you are arriving by bus.

A handy place to stay, halfway between the ado bus station and the town centre and right near a big supermarket. A very comfortable stay and the pool was a nice bonus for cooling down after a hot day walking around town,

Disappointing

Private parking, helpful personel.

One of our rooms was very damp, after rain the water was standing on the floor and mold was on the walls. In the second room there was no toilet seat, which was very inconvenient as you can imagine. Overall both rooms were dark and unpleasant, nothing like in the photos.

I liked the guy at the reception, was very helpful.

Noise in the night made by other guests shouting at the terrace and someone watching the TV almost on max volume. Property is located in calm location, hence all noises are spreaded easily.

staff was very nice and helpful, nice swimming pool, location is good

basic, but given the price that was expected. The only thing that was strange is that they already collected money that we were saving up in the tip envelope, even though we said we didn’t need the room cleaned (which they didn’t do it was strange they did enter the room) otherwise staff was very nice and helpful.

For one night it's enough

Location is really good. Private parking place Hot water Fridge, AC

We had a room on first floor and noise from outside was really loud. Motorbikes, cars, everyone just passing by plus neighbor's dog was driving me crazy. AC was set up on 18°C and it couldn't be changed. WC was hard to flush (like literally).

Basic hotel close to the center with a lot of noise

Good price / value overall, free secure parking onsite, a big room for 5 friends with enough space to sleep and put the luggage

The level of noise was unbearable, the room has no noise isolation and there were several noise sources: a generator for the hot water went off in the middle of the night for almost an hour directly next to our room, in the very early morning a lot of guests was talking extremely loud with the staff. The night was bad

Under construction, dirty, and deception by the management.

We booked this because we needed parking and to be close to the airport, with two double beds for two people only. It turns out that everything in Campeche is close to the airport.

Almost everything was unsuitable. It was dirty and under construction, and in a bad part of town. We were told by the attendent that we got a certain room because we were five people. But I booked for only two people. We were shown a disgusting room in the middle of construction which smelled like dampness, mold, and something else awful, under the stairs and dismally dark. So we were put on a noisy street and denied access to the better part of the hotel with a pool and better parking which we discovered. Horrible rough polyester coverlet. No better softer blankets. We were charged for more than the two people. We found ourselves with some kind of insect bites upon departure.

Good value for money, decent hotel on walking distance from the centre

Spacious room which is comfortably furnished, there is a swimming pool, and the staff is nice.

The airconditioning made quite a lot of noise; no breakfast.

I think the best part of this place is the staff . If I would be able to go to Campeche I could probably come back there . I absolutely loved this place

The staff were amazing & the location was great. The rooms seemed a little too old especially the closets they have in the rooms but over all it’s good. I love that they have their own parking space and the vehicle was super safe there. Very happy with our stay.

The closet we got gave us so much trouble to close and it was too old that made the room look a bit scary.

Good for the price.

The place is ok, clean and overall god for the price. Free spacious parking lot.

The area of the hotel is not really nice and it’s a little bit far from downtown. Also, beds are not that comfortable but if you are in a budget this is a great place to stay and save some money.
