La habitación con terraza y jacuzzi está muy bonita y cómoda .la comida es buena , lo único es que en la mañana hay mucho ruido pero es entendible por el área de restaurante

El estacionamiento es un poco pequeño . Le hace falta una caja fuerte a la habitación

Que cuando me bañaba el agua no se iba , chequen esa parte plis . Cuando cerraba el mosquitero , se atoraba mucho 🥲

El lugar está increíble. El personal muy amable, la comida rica, servicio a la habitación de comida y bebidas, coctelería rica, habitaciones limpias, amplias y cuenta con aire acondicionado, wifi, TV.

Mejoraría el estacionamiento, cuenta con lugar solo para 10 coches aprox.

Die Lage

Unfreundlicher Check in. Das Zimmer hatte einen sehr schmalen „ Balkon“, der eigentlich kein Balkon war. Es standen ein kleiner Tisch und schmale Stühle drauf. Der Balkon war nach den Seiten und auch nach oben geschlossen. Keine Sitzmöglichkeit im Zimmer.Die Koffer wurden nur auf Bitten ins Zimmer gebracht. Kleiner Pool.

Clean, quiet room on a beautiful, garden-like courtyard overlooking the pool.

Our room was directly poolside allowing us to enjoy the beautiful garden-like setting of the pool area—a very serene and peaceful space. The room was nicely decorated though we found the beds to be a little more firm than comfortable. The mini-fridge in the room was helpful. The air conditioning worked very well. Good location and felt very safe.

Excelente lugar y muy bonito

Todo fué muy bonito, las instalaciones, el hotel, la habitación, la atención. La combinación de luces para iluminar la habitación y la pequeña terracita estaba increíble!

Tal vez la alberca, aunque no la usé, pero el agua se veía un poco turbia.

Fin de semana en Valladolid!

me encantó todo excepto que cuando llegamos la piscina estaba cerrada y al otro día se veía muy sucia y no la limpiaron, solo le quitaron las hojas pero nunca vi que le pusieran algún tratamiento con cloro y se veía muy opaca

Hay muy pocos meseros para el servicio y tenía que pedir toda el tiempo café , ya el segundo día me levante a rellenar una jarra porque el mesero nunca ofrecía café

No está mal con sus cosas buenas y malas

El lavabo es muy bonito y nuevo. La habitación aunque no es grande es confortable. Y tiene cafetera y te de obsequio en la habitación

Al igual que el encargado es muy simpático y amable. Hay un chico joven en recepción que se nota que no disfruta mucho de su trabajo. Cama pequeña y el WiFi no llega a la habitación. La piscina es bastante pequeña

Ambiente cordiale e familiare, circoscritto e raccolto , silenzioso. Il ristorante è buono e l'atrio/cortile/ spazio aperto dove si pranza e si fa colazione e appartato e piacevole . L'hotel non ha molte camere ed è tranquillo. Il parcheggio è comodo e riparato. L'arredo è caratteristico

....ci sono solo piatti tipici locali.(buoni)...ma almeno la colazione dovrebbe esser più "neutra". Peccato in alcune camere le finestre sono alte e non offrono visuale aperta.

Nice hotel with great location

The location was great, the facilities looked clean and in general everything was working fine except a few details, but it is a nice hotel.

Some equipment needs maintenance, in room 15 de doorknobs, light switches and some doors need attention and also in the public bathroom in the lobby area.

Quiet location - a little walk to restaurants but very safe.

Tired rooms, had to change rooms as the door wouldn’t lock. fridge missing as stated there was one and air con not working. it was clean and comfy though.

Staff were helpful, we found it handy that they were willing to do room service (bring food from restaurant to our room) and let us check in earlier. Room had nice seating in a private mini patio

- Pool was quite dirty on the surface which didn't really invite us to swim - Location is quite away from the center (15 min walk or taxi for 40 pesos) - door was not sound proof and had like 5 cm hole between ground so you could hear noise from the street + during our stay there was some event next door and party was going until 1 or 2 am in the morning, could hear music even with ear plugs - door to shower didn't close perfectly so water got everywhere

Super hotel, good quality to price ratio

The hotel is really nice: rooms are named after cenotes. The room is very big, clean and fully equipped, the bed was very comfortable. The spa bath on the terrace (more a small pool than a jacuzzi) was really good to relax after a long day out exploring. The availability of a private parking at this location was a huge plus! Finally the breakfast was so delicious and the portions were quite big, so good.

Friendly welcome. Very nice interior design and concept of the room, however the room was small. Good WIFI and AC. Good breakfast, good service. Nice pool and parking just outside of the room

The flashing of the toilet did not work properly. Even after complaing it was not any better.

Very good

Comfortable and clean hotel, very convenient for a short stay in Valladolid. Very spacious rooms, perfect for family with kids. Nice and helpful staff, delicious breakfast.

The breakfast was delicious , the staff helped us to organise a trip out to Chichen itza at the last minute.

Bit noisy with the exercise class next door and it’s a bit far from the middle of town where all the restaurants are.

- Well located, if you're visiting cenotes, it's less than 10 minutes away from several of them. - The breakfast was very good.

- Some bedroom doors open onto the terrace of the restaurant, and the room is not very well isolated for the sound.

we had the room with the private pool, it was great !

the hotel is located on the main street and rooms are not soundproof , we had the impression to sleep directly on the highway ! during the breakfast, a lot of mosquitos , impossible to eat close to the pool!
